It so important we move our bodies at some point during the day which sometimes feels really difficult, so just coming to the mat for 10 minutes every morning can feel really beneficial. This is one you can keep coming back to for your everyday dose of stretchiness.

    Jen, these videos have totally changed my life! I love that this flow is quick but thorough. I have some back and neck issues and this helps me to release so much that I usually get an awesome head rush at the end :)
