    It is DAY TWO of the #BLESSEDTOBEATHOME 10-day series and today is a full body flexibility flow. This was a highly requested video to be put on my channel. I know a lot fo you have flexibility goals (like getting into the splits or poses similar) but I just want to remind you that flexibility can take a lot of time and patience and shouldn’t be rushed. We don’t want any of you getting injured! Also as I always say with these things - it is the journey that is the most fun, were you learn the most and this is the most rewarding (NOT the actual end goal or destination). I hope you enjoy today and let me know how you get on with it.
    #BLESSEDTOBEATHOME - I created this series for yogis of all levels whether you are beginners yoga or more advanced - if you have just completed the 10-day #blessedbeginners series, then this one is the perfect progression to move onto. I took all your feedback from the previous challenge on board, as well as all of your requests that you sent in and put it into #blessedtobeathome. I know for a lot of us our time on our mat can be the most important and peaceful time of the day. Especially in these circumstances I thought it was really important to be able to bring you yoga to your home, wherever you are all over the world. As well as this I wanted to try and bring a reminder that we can all make use of this time to actually reconnect with ourselves and give back to our mind and body’s. And what better way to do that than to immerse yourself into a full 10 days of a fun, relaxing, transformative yoga.

    Your videos are the only videos I've seen with zero dislikes and I know exactly why. You've got the best yoga videos and you're the best yoga teacher, ive tried a lot of yoga videos but I would give up after a few days cuz it would become really difficult, but I've managed to stay with you for a month now and it has really helped, so thank you so much

    I always had the problem in the pigeon position to accommodate and straighten the foot, now it changed my life with your tip of supporting it before hahah ❤️
