Hello there such a great tutorial!! I cant believe i did my first ever forearm stand thank you! May i also ask where you bought your outfit from? Just lovely
I have NEVER been able to get up into a forearm stand. I have shoulder issues so I assumed i might never get it. Decided to try one last time and came upon your tutorial...Got it first try!!!! Thank you so much for such a detailed and SAFE tutorial. I feel my shoulder may actually get stronger with the aids you suggested (strap and blocks). And a great reminder that our bodies can often do more than our minds allow for with patience and good practices. Thanks so much ❤
This was a really nice slow pace tutorial to safely get into the forearm stand. She gave loads of different options. Thanks will be using this again and again until i have the pose down :)
Thaanks for the video
That was wonderful! That paused was concerning lol
I thought so too... tracked off
Ya whaaat was that? I thought she was gonna explain how to get into it away from the wall and then she just paused and blinked a few times. Very strange. Was a great video though! Helped me a lot.
She probably meant to edit that out! Either way, great video!!!
Hahaha thought the same!
Great tutorial. Cant wait to try it. Thank you 🙏
Thanx for the video, I just starting practicing to do elbow standing. You're last tip especially really helped me to get into the pose and find balance.
Ah I am so pleased this could help you in some way :)
Ok I love this! I was able to hold 5 seconds off the wall for the first time
Totally help me out to float in the air..thanks..
Thank you this is great :) so cute how you paused in the end and then went on. i guess you forgot to cut it. but it makes it authentic. reminds me of myself recording videos. keep going 💞
YES I love that part! Makes it real :)
It was a struggle to hold the pincha. Thank you, since I've seen your video I can hold it!
Thank you, I have been trying for months and I was able to hold for long after watching your video. 💃🏽
I saw so many but this one the best ! It’s actually called tutorial for beginners
What happened when you paused were you ok?
Had a whole lot of misapprehensions about angle of upper arms to body. Now I can see that it is very similar to where they would be in a handstand. Being shown the climbing up the wall behind technique has made me more confident that I can slowly build up my strength and awareness of body weight and balance. Very good on detailed and unpretentious instruction, thank you.
One of the best tutorials .. so far.. from the ones that I’ve watched
I don't think you know this but for some reason I can't seem to do the kick up 😅😅😅
I've tried to do Forearm Stand for several times. Never found a way to be able to stay up even for 2 seconds, until i find this video. So thank you so much!!!!
Pov u came here because u saw inosuke
How to stick to the wall? Everytime I put my legs on wall.. I slip lol
I didn't know you made a how to forearm stand video! can't wait to try these tips out :) i'm so excited for my journey towards forearm stand!
Yesss Gina
Hi. Did you make a video explaining how to take the stand away from the wall? Thanks
I am thinking to make a sequel to this tutorial for taking it away from the wall :)
Finally I able to do it after watch it and training for couple days.thanks a lot!
I would like to ask...how do i jump up to it? Idk how.. :((
I'll suscribe🤩
THANKS for this one! I nailed my first forearm stand ever (or something that's looks close to it) thanks so so much! 😊
Is it better to learn this before handstand or handstand before this?🙈
I dont have any kind of professional answer, but i find handstand A LOT easier.
I could do handstands easily as a kid too. Handstands seem much more achievable to me, because you can take some momentum when going up. (From standing)
Hey, thanks for the video. Quick question, I can deal with the dolphin exercices and everything, but as soon as I get to the wall step (even the easiest one), I can't hold it. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. But every time I tried, I almost crashed my head on the floor. Any tips?
Hey! Did you try with a strap on your arms? Normally the reason we tend to collapse towards the floor is because are elbows flare out to the sides. Make sure you keep pressing your elbows down into the ground and shoulders out of ears.
Thsi is so impossible I literally always just wanted to be able to put my legs around my head but I can’t and I have to learn to do this first and I tried and almost broke my neck cause I keep falling
How long does it take to build that strength?
Fantastic tutorial! Thank you so much.
Slowly but surely workin on it❤️

Can you please make a Video to how to do a handstand .
Hi how are you doing today 😊😇
Hey first things first you are so pretty . Love your videos just wanted to ask you I have been practicing yoga since two years but still my hamstrings are very tight any suggestions
Thank you so much. I am the same. My hamstrings are just naturally very tight. It is just about consistent stretching of that particular area and they will start to get loser every time :)
hello, thanks very much this is an amazing tutorial! i was wondering if you can state the sets and reps. i dont know how many i should do of each, or how long to stay in each exercise? id like to use this routine regulary but dont know from where to start with the reps. Thanks :)))

At the 8.30 stage, I find my legs shake, is that normal? I put a slight bend in them in the hope that might help? Advice pls? 🙏
Yes totally normal. Absolutely you can take a soft or big bend through your leg if you prefer. The more you practice the easier it will feel :) x
veeery very helpful!
yaaaay thanks so much sharing Jen 🧡
You are so welcome! Hope you enjoyed :)
Tysm!! now I know how to do it.
Thank you so much, this helps me a lot.
Any great tummy fat blasting Yoga exercises you or anyone recommend?
Very helpful!
Amazing! Thank you!
Have RUclips
but what if i lose balance and fall on my back?
how do i fall out of the pose?
You can do it against a wall
You can fall on a elbow bridge
I have fallen over many times before - you just fall into a forearm bridge type position but it will be collapsed. If you message me on instagram I can show you what would happen :) x
Maybe put some cushions down so you aren't worried about falling
gorgeous calves
Marry me ♥ 😉 - what if I topple over when doing this outside, will this hurt my arms?
depends on how you land :)
