THE ONLY VIDEO THAT HAS ALLOWED ME TO BE ABLE TO DO AN ELBOW STAND!!! YAYYY!! Thank you so so so much!! I've been trying for months and now I can finally do it!
@@depressedcockroach4045 First of all, love your username, secondly, I think if some people are born flexible they have to work on their strength more, so yes but actually no on your statement lol
We need to know you own limits. If you feel like you are not ready, take few steps back, find control in your body, strengthen, core and upper body. Main thing is not to rush and enjoy where you are at this moment. Good luck and be careful. Maybe ask somebody to work on this with you.
I absolutely love the tip of learning how to fall. It really helped. I did this routine for abt 5 days and I got it.Thank you soo much for helping me get my forearm stand!
@@anaa116 I tried all of this to the best I could. After I did it I felt good. I have some rug burn on my elbows bc I don't have a mat..lol. but prior to this I did other yoga poses. I am going to try to do it every day. I just wish I took this stuff earlier in life. I'm 31 and still have a shot at it..lol.
oml those shoulder stretches were perfect. i lifted my arms back up and each of my shoulders and elbows clicked multiple times and this made them feel so much looser
Oh I can't wait to practice tomorrow!! I've stopped practicing forearm stands because I got frustrated but you explain it all so well I will try my luck again. Thank you!
Wow😄 Thanks so much. After practicing this for about 10 days am getting to several seconds off the wall. Becoming much stronger and the tips for falling out of pose really helped. I was afraid to fall initially but now can do it. Next goal longer free holding pose and getting into forearm wheel. Also have found your hand stand tips helpful. Now not afraid to fall out of it and am getting close to accomplishing it. Thank you for proving an "old dog can learn new tricks". Will be celebrating getting to 67 in a few days. Liz
ABSOLUTELY PRACTICAL! I loved how the whole approach was focused on FINDING the final pose, instead of "building strenght" etc. As I'm working on this, the forearm wall stand is hands down the best way to actually build up the needed strenght. Thank you so much for this!
Very good tutorial, the sound is great, the image is very clear, the directions are very detailed and helpful. Thank you for this tutorial and I'm looking forward for your next video. A tutorial for handstands would be great too, if you would like to do it someday. Keep up the good work and wish you the best. From Greece with love, namaste !
This is a bad ass tutorial I made a lot of improvement it’s all about your form and this is coming from somebody who does pole dancing and headstand while twisting on my head and splits these yoga forms are very Important I’m seeing thank you so much I’m still practicing but I’m able to to hold my elbow stand without toppling over I was in the wrong form
Very good tips thank you I'll be doing this all week! I just got my headstand last week and can do it 100% free standing I think it's about time to go the ante!
Really helpful, I am a beginner but since my shoulders are quite trained I was able to remove the foot from the wall and even learn how to fall for the fisrt time, that's so cool once you overcome the fear of falling! The advice of not using the wall behind you is really good, and the 'scale' suggestion is perfect to put into practice the concept of balance in this pose, thank you!
Thank you so much for your video!I have no backfelxibility and the only video’s I could find on the internet were people explaining to fall into a bridge wich I can’t. So I’m so happy you showed it like this to people who are not flexible! Thank you so much!
Thank you so much for this tutorial - I've watched a few films on how to train and get into Pincha, but this has been the one that's worked for me. I've been practising everyday for nearly 4 weeks and can now hold it with split legs - yay! I have also never used the wall towards me as I think it makes you fearful of falling backwards, which will inevitably happen and it just takes longer to conquer that fear
I wanted to learn Pincha so much and got frustrated the last few months, because I've overcome my fear to fall properly but still couldnt hold it 2 sec. When I learned to fall out of a headstand, the results came so quick, because the headstand mainly didn't work bc of the fear. I thought it would be the same with pincha but heeeeeelllll no. Yesterday I tried your video the first time and WOW I am so sore in my shoulders today! I just realised that I am just too weak right now! I wanted too much before gaining the strength I need. Thank you for making me take a step back to the wall. The wall is really your best yoga-friend.
You do everything very well, your body is so beautiful and your voice is so sweet 🥰I have just found your channel and I will try to practice every single day to accomplish this posture
I have watched many youtube cllips trying to get gist of this posture but failed... until today!! I am far from mastering forearm stand, but thanks to your video I know how to practice! (For a split second I think I felt right doing this posture...) Thank you so much & look forward to your other videos!
You’re amazing chica thanks so much!! I have always wanted to do this pose but didn’t know where to start and I’m at the shoulder stand part where you hug one knee in and I did it!! Thank you I am thrilled!! Now I’ll finish the vid haha 👏🏼😊
Wooow!!! thank you so much! I tried it before without instructions and i was sure i was too weak in my shoulders and core to do it. and the exercises you did at first were super challenging for me, but at the end i just casually did a forearm stand and felt really stable! I am quite impressed... Great job on the instructions and tips

Shaking kkkkkkkkkkkkkk thank you very much, and I'll certainly let you know how long I will take to get it 🙏 I'm very grateful for your video

Honestly, I had never thought of doing a forearm stand facing towards the wall like this. I had always tried it with my back to the wall and I still haven't mastered it. I will give this method a try. Thanks for the idea. Hopefully my foot doesn't go through the wall!😁

Does flexibility help it to be easier?

I’ve never had a gymnastics class in my life and somehow i think attempting this is a good idea.
if this isnt me then idek
I never took gymnastics, and in one year I went from not being able to do a handstand, to doing hollowbacks and 10 strict handstand push ups.
