      We need to know you own limits. If you feel like you are not ready, take few steps back, find control in your body, strengthen, core and upper body. Main thing is not to rush and enjoy where you are at this moment. Good luck and be careful. Maybe ask somebody to work on this with you.

    ABSOLUTELY PRACTICAL! I loved how the whole approach was focused on FINDING the final pose, instead of "building strenght" etc. As I'm working on this, the forearm wall stand is hands down the best way to actually build up the needed strenght.

    Really helpful, I am a beginner but since my shoulders are quite trained I was able to remove the foot from the wall and even learn how to fall for the fisrt time, that's so cool once you overcome the fear of falling! The advice of not using the wall behind you is really good, and the 'scale' suggestion is perfect to put into practice the concept of balance in this pose, thank you!

    Thank you so much for this tutorial - I've watched a few films on how to train and get into Pincha, but this has been the one that's worked for me. I've been practising everyday for nearly 4 weeks and can now hold it with split legs - yay! I have also never used the wall towards me as I think it makes you fearful of falling backwards, which will inevitably happen and it just takes longer to conquer that fear

  • @annikulke
    @annikulke 5 лет назад

    I wanted to learn Pincha so much and got frustrated the last few months, because I've overcome my fear to fall properly but still couldnt hold it 2 sec. When I learned to fall out of a headstand, the results came so quick, because the headstand mainly didn't work bc of the fear. I thought it would be the same with pincha but heeeeeelllll no. Yesterday I tried your video the first time and WOW I am so sore in my shoulders today! I just realised that I am just too weak right now! I wanted too much before gaining the strength I need. Thank you for making me take a step back to the wall. The wall is really your best yoga-friend.
