    I have two issues when I do this..
    my elbows start to curve which causes me to lose grip. And once I start to walk up, my head starts to touch the floor and it starts to become a head stand?? I don’t understand

      Right like what am i supposed to do if i start falling backwards like there is no instruction on how to fall safely
