Enhancing the Athletics Profile in Football [Coaching Calisthenics]

Back at the start of 2020, before the COVID pandemic rocked all our worlds and paused the face to face coaching, we were asked to share with the FA (English Football Association) through a workshop with their Strength and Conditioning coaches and Physiotherapist how calisthenics can be used to enhance the athletic profile, building resilience and robustness in new movement patterns.
