Loving the sessions 😁 I think quite a few people struggle to find a good yoga mat at a sensible price. Perhaps you could do a review video for mats? With some from each price range? Or just personal recommendations?
Hi Jen I really like your 10 day challenges so to speak. I'd especially like to have one that builds strength. I'm a beginner of a few months but still struggle with the some of the poses. How often should I be practicing? At the moment I'm doing this everyday. Many of thanks in advance. X
Do I do just yoga or workout too or it's up to me? Another thing do I practices for example backend till I get it perfectly or do others also in the same time !? Thanks for all of videos, I really appreciate it ❤️
It is completely up to you. I weight train once a week and the rest is yoga. I also like to work on all the poses in yoga together. Sometimes I focus more on one thing for a while until I feel more confident with it. But it is your practice so completely up to you!!! 🥰🥰
Hlo mam i want your help.. I have a flexible spine and all body parts , i can do most of the pose/ asanas but i am unable to the easiest pose i.e cross leg position. Whenever i sit in this position,my thighs do not touch ground. Plz tell me something to solve this.
Try to work on the mobility of your hips. It is hard to be able to tell you what is restricting you without seeing. Try to work on the external rotation of your hips :)
