Welcome to DAY ONE of this BRAND NEW 10 day yoga challenge - Too Blessed to be Stressed #TBTBS. In this challenge we will be committing together everyday for 10 days. There is also an opportunity to win some amazing prizes just be showing me that you’ve committed every single day.

Day One is called “Let’s Flow” and is a fun vinyasa yoga class to get you set and ready for the next 10 days of this challenge. There will be transitions in today’s class that are threaded throughout the challenge with plenty of opportunity to improve a long the way. I can’t wait to do this with you guys! Done! I was able to experience 2 days of your yoga live during Awaken March 2023 here in ATX and it was so gentle and soothing. Your yoga practice is one of the only ones I can get through without stopping. I appreciate your intuitive and aligned guidance Jen. ✨♾️
I’m starting this a bit late, but I’m an overwhelmed student and usually when I get home from school I just sit on my bed with a snack and watch RUclips for a few hours, and I’m trying to replace that with this to be more mindful and feel more motivated to get my school work done!
First day done!
I'm a university student and a barista so i do a lot of sitting while studying and standing while working.I have been trying to find some sort of exercise for a long time to fix my posture and just to move a bit in general, and I was always interested in trying yoga but i never really put effort into it. I found your videos upon searching yoga, and Im impressed that more or less I was able to do most of the exercises! Also these 20 minutes passed so quickly, I didnt even notice! I really enjoyed this session! Looking forward to doing all 10 days!
I love these 20 minute snippets! Perfect amount of yoga just before lunch and while the new puppy is napping. Thank you!
Hi Jen, I just did it. I loved the transition from Warrior to skandasana and back! And also that you're showing that it's okay if you fall out of a pose and you just need to adjust to continue 😊 my intention for the next ten days and for probably the weeks after that as well is to start this new chapter with lots of energy but also to be conscious and forgiving with myself if something doesn't work out the way I want it in the beginning. Looking forward to tomorrow morning ♥️
This is by far my favorite 10 day challenge. I started it again this morning for the 4th time and I'm just as excited to journey through it. Thank you!!

I can’t believe I hadn’t seen your videos before! Just did this challenge on my balcony with the most beautiful weather and cloudy sky and this just feels like a whole other level of relaxation therapy! Can’t wait for day 2!

I wasn't sure I would do it to the end after 2 months with zero practice. But yay!!! I got it done, every pose and transition and it feels so so good.

Hello Jen, first time in the channel and I loved the yoga flow. Day 1 completed lets go for the second! I am joining the challenge because I have been quite stressed with work lately and want to restore my everyday yoga practice. 20 minutes is perfect for completing this practice on a break. Loved that slow but challenging bridges at the beginning. Too blessed to be stressed! #TBTBS

Jen, you moved me from the bed to the mat! I was so unwell after moving back from sunny Spain to foggy & rainy Poland and something hold me back from my practice and now I got this new beautiful energy. There's something magical in challenges like that, practicing together with our yogi family. I forgot how blessed I am to be a part of it and how yoga changed my body, soul & brain. Thank you. 🙏✨

It's a clear example of what yoga means. I always try to transmit to my student that the mat is like the life, imperfections and obstacles happens are they are welcome because we grow, either from acceptance or for learning.

Day 1 of Week 2 - Done! Going for W2, think I'm hella hooked. I was so in my head 10 days ago when I started the challenge that I didn't catch up we should write ''Done'' when finished! I see maaaaajor increase in my strength, On Day 1 Week 1 I wasn't able to do Chaturanga from a high plank position, now I can do 3. Love it. Thank you so much, see you tomorrow!
