From 90 Kg stressful teen I challenged myself to change as of toxic parents I could not do any exercise not allowed to go outside but I accepted the challenge and went to 80 kg of weight and my aim is to reduce it to 60 kg just give me your blessings all the beautiful girls and angels around me

I love her! I started doing yoga with this video, trust me when I say it was hard finding a good yoga video. I did this video for four months (Monday- Friday this video) from June to September and lost almost 30 lbs. STAY CONSISTENT like she says. I went from 194 to 168, I wasn’t able to do side planks because is was too much weight on my arms, on the third month I challenged myself and I was able to do it. I also added resistant bands. I’ve reached out to her on Instagram and she really does take the time to answer your questions. I hope to one day meet her, she is amazing ❤️

Your post was so encouraging. This is day 2 of me getting back into yoga after not doing it for almost a year. I started feeling bad about my body and after praying about it, I was lead back to yoga and found this video. It is perfect! Not too over the top but still works the body. Beautiful! I love all of her videos. She acknowledges the fact that everybody has different ranges of motion so everybody can't do what some have perfected. And I love that she reminds you to ' listen to your body" Some of these yoga instructors move so fast so I find her video.
I've been looking for someone who does core on this channel that doesn't look dead inside, and I found her :) Also, I love her accent. There's something innocent and helpful about it. And the music is so nice as well.

I have been doing this daily for 5 days and already improved my strength in the planks and range of movement in the crunches. Now my aim is to sit cross legged, my 55 year old hips do not like that.... yet 🧘♀️

First I want to thank you! This video has transformed my body. I have 2 children, my youngest just turned 1 and have my body back to when I was married! Everyone has noticed! I have been doing yoga daily for about 2 years now but this has really targeted the abdominal strength which is what I needed. My question is do you have a similar video that is intermediate? I love this workout but I am feeling that after 1 month I need more of a challenge. I like to stay with the same instructor, and yes, I have shared your videos with every female that compliments my body.

These videos are great. I've been following a couple of them, rotating between them on different days and I am already seeing and feeling some results after only a few weeks. Most of the videos are only 15-30 minutes in length so it doesn't require a huge time commitment, they're pretty easy to follow and you get a great work out.
I just had my first baby and am doing this workout and I’ve done it for less than a week and am noticing my arms are getting more toned and I’m getting stronger thank you I can’t wait to see more results down the line!

Just did this video first time this morning. I really like your style..your voice is very calming. I have gained some weight over the past 2 years and I've been in a terrible mindset, trying to get back on track and staying there has been a challenge. All my joints hurt and any workout I do (like I used to..hard core) just is not good for my body anymore. I'm going to challenge myself to stay consistent with these videos. Thanks a bunch!

I’m a woman, over 50. I haven’t practiced yoga in probably 20 years. I enjoyed my yoga instructor so much, that when he moved I couldn’t find another that I felt comfortable with. I started yoga again last year and after 5 months, or so, I found you!

This is my favourite beginner video that I've tried. You switch up the muscle focus between each position and give us just enough time to rest. I find I can push myself further and really sweat and feel accomplished after. Other beginner videos I end up tapping out because they try to do too much too fast Thank you!

I usually don't feel any bond to the internet trainers, of course they're all positive, but sometimes it comes off a bit forced and overenthusiastic to me, however you ma'am feel so real, warm and kind that it's a pleasure to spend time with you even online :) And I have to say that also the motivational talk doesn't seem to work for me that much, but I remember one sentence you said I some other video of yours - "take yourself seriously". It has really stuck with me and i think about it very often and try to instill it in every sphere of my life. You're great, thank you so much

I've done this now for 4 days in a row, and intend to do that again next week, if not more times, because it is working!! really working!! For all kinds of reasons. I've been doing yoga to Sanela for a year now with a bit of a break in between, but came back, and so glad I did. I also helped my daughter give birth to my grandson with these techniques, "take a deep breath like you really mean it!" Thank you Sanela!
this was great! I need to make sure I do this at least 4 times a week so I can see a difference. I have been trying to work on flattening my stomach for a long time but due to my inconsistency, I've never seen results. This time I really want to take it seriously :-)

Literally I just found this video and I'm hooked. I ave challenge with consistency. I've found the formula to stay consistent.
Set a schedule
Ask a friend to be ur accountability partner
Try it 3 times a week for a mnth
Then 4times a week for a mnth
Then 5times a week for a mnth
By this times ur body is in a habit
Therefore you can jump into other workout routines that you always want to.
I personally gonna start doing this yoga. I never do yoga before.

Thank you for sharing your video. I was looking for a workout to do on what is probably the hottest day of the year and found your channel. I haven’t done much yoga so it was nice to have an introductory level to follow.
4 to 5 times a week for 25 minutes, not bad. Just starting back after gaining 30 pounds, not easy for a former dancer, but I will get back to it!
