Only been doing this a few days and it's already helping me to be able to keep up with our daughter a bit more than I was before. Had a lower back injury when I was two months pregnant and I only just began building muscle again two years after initial injury. I've been searching for beginner yoga routines that would help build my back and core muscles since they have taken such a hit. Thank you so much, Sanela! usually i'm doin more of the yoga workout flows but as i was sick the last two days i really enjoyed some calm flow to just start again doin my workouts without over pushing my body. I just feel grateful for your videos sanela :)
Fantastic for beginners. I'm just starting out trying to build up core strength to help with my back pain. I could follow this video without pausing it because it was do-able, but I could also really feel it in my core when I was done. This strikes the perfect balance.

I feel great after doing this! I have back pain and anterior pelvic tilt so I am used to doing stretches and exercises which are similar but taking time to breathe and be mindful really made it a whole different experience, I feel great

I love your videos! I feel terrific when I do them consistently, During the hip thrusts in this flow, my hamstrings cramp up each time, just below my knees. I've also notice this at other times while doing yoga. Will you please share some stretches to prevent this?
