I do 1-2 Yoga classes on RUclips almost every day and have for years, so safe to say I’ve sampled just about everything here. Allison, you’re my favorite instructor and I wish there were more of your classes. You just have the perfect poses and sequence plus such a soothing voice and lovely presence. It seems many others agree and we hope to see a lot more
I can't/won't do yoga with commercials in the middle of the practice. Happy to have them at beginning. Off to a uniterrupted class.

This has just got to be one of the best online videos for lower back and hip strengthening. I’ve loved and practiced yoga for 30 years and had some good & not so good teachers (thankfully mostly good). Keep up the good work and for me at almost 60, mostly very healthy and optimistic, yin yoga is the way to go and truly heals the body of trauma. Thank you this is most definitely on most of my playlists. 🙏🏿💓🙏🏿

This was a beautiful lower back sequence, which I will add to my Favorites. The left half-happy baby pose is missing from the first sequence, so be sure to pause the video and incorporate that stretch before your first left-side supine twist! Excellent job to this instructor, you are well-suited for teaching yoga! 🙏🏼

This for real saved my life. I've been in therapy for years for my hips and back... I saw this... I've done it twice so far and it's almost compleatly eliminated all my pain. Thanks to you I can work the farm and be with my animals again❤️❤️
Thank you - this sequence incorporates virtually everything that my physio showed me for my lower chronic back pain. With other videos I've found myself pushing to do things I shouldn't, wobbling around etc, but this video is so perfect. I'll be using this twice a week!
Amazing yoga workout for back pain. I have done so, so much yoga over the years, and there were stretches in this workout that I've never tried. I get so much back pain after gardening and yard work and this made my stiff back feel soooooo much better. Thank you!

Thank you so much for helping to provide so much relief for my severe back pain. Your video emphasized how the spine and hips are important to overall back health, and that is one of the main differences that distinguish you from other RUclips yoga practitioners. I have herniated discs in the 4th & 5th lumbar area, and also in sacrum region. I was at the point, where standing and walking required a power scooter or a cane! After trying this video 1 time, the improvement is remarkable. I plan on re-watching frequently. I practice daily but started having some low back issues. I've been doing this routine when it acts up and I feel much better afterwards. It's my "go to" relief practice. Missing single happy baby on the left but I sneak it in there! Your teaching is easy to follow and your voice is soothing. Thank you for a great practice.

Exercise is my therapy, and my lifestyle! I’m 15 months postpartum and haven’t been able to get back to my intense exercise routine, or athletic body since giving birth. Nonetheless I needed to restart somewhere as my mental and emotional health, as well as the important relationships in my life are being affected. Yin Yoga has always been good for me and I just finished Alison’s routine. I loved the slow moves and her voice. They were both nicely paced and in sync with the perfect vibration. I also appreciated that she wasn’t super chatty. Allison just said what was needed in a clear manner. I feel so much better after and will come back to it. My body is waking up again! 🧘🏽♀️🙏🏽

Adriene! Thanks for the ending message, in this video, about needing a buddy. Short story: I had a tough day at work. I’ve been going through a lot of changes and twists and turns in 2020. I’ve been feeling alone in a lot of ways, and haven’t been able to open up to my friends and family because I’m not sure what I’m feeling sometimes. Anyways, I needed a buddy today. So here, we all have millions of them! Thanks Adriene, for the fun poses and for being a great buddy to the youtube yogi community!

I like your voice and tone to explain the poses, very soothing. Not like other yoga instructors, either talking too much or having a high pitch voice. And the way to reduce the hip pain is also impressive and unique. This will be one of my favorite practices. Thank you!

This routine is a miracle worker- I have had moderate to severe sacral pain for weeks especially on one side of my hips- did this once, had two days of almost zero pain! I will be doing this again to prevent the pain coming back. It's also very relaxing! Thank you!

Thank you so much Allison for posting this video!! I have had bad lower back pain following my double mastectomy last year. I started practicing this routine about 3 weeks ago and it has changed everything! My lower back pain is minimal now. If I start to have pain I just turn on your video stretch with you and then I can go about my day pain free. You have helped me so much I was curiuos if you could recommend a video that would help me to stretch my chest and shoulders. After my double mastectomy my chest is so tight and my range of motion is not very good. For example just getting my arms in a T can be strenuous. Thank you in advance!!

Nice session; I really appreciated it. I was fearing about a recent disk herniation but twists are brought smoothly and go very well. A beautiful morning session and also a pleasant voice that accompanies the awakening without stressing by an incessant flow.
In short, I found my morning yoga to heal my herniated disc and start my day pleasantly. 😊

This is a great practice! Perfect for what I need for my crappy low back and hips. You do a great job with pacing and sequence! And I love the Jack / Sally ink as well. Really cool! Only drawback was the 5 ad breaks mid-practice, which was tough to unwind myself, hit the button, and retangle myself.

This is the most beautiful and effective yoga sequence I've ever done. I was about to get a massage for back pain tonight, but the massage place closed. However, I highly doubt that a massage could be as effective as this class. THANK YOU, you are an angel!
