I use this routine A LOT! However, this was my first day using it for actual back pain and it was incredible. I could feel the muscles releasing as the session progressed and at the end I feel 80% better! Huge thank you as I can stand straight again!!!

Whoa. Your videos uploaded in the past few weeks have seemed to have been a gift. The flows have worked out a ton of tension. Over all I find the simple voice over lay you do with no music or drums is great to focus on what is actually happening. I don't seem to get lost and I rarely have to look at the screen because the speeds are fluid! Resulting in a better result. (Maybe it's my squirrel brain) Thanks for what you do. Namaste 🙏

Perfect flow for low back issues. I tweaked my back yesterday during a workout by not supporting my core enough...uuggh, I was so aggravated I did that. The rest of the day was hell lol, but this flow was the exact medicine I needed. Perfect amount of releasing, stretching and strengthening. I feel so much relief...so glad I did this!! 😁👌🏽🙏🏽

Hi Jessica, I tried yesterday your previous slow flow -yin fusion yoga video, and the pain on my low back completely went away. I haven't had a no-pain day for 8 years now, I have pains in the lowest part of the spine and have never been able to stretch those tiny muscles on the sides of the spine without having an inflammation the next day. I truly thank you 🙏 I will try the same one again today. 💛💛

JACKPOT! Have been doing this class for 2 weeks; a couple times a week. Low back issues are stubborn & you have to keep working on them. BUT TODAY I COMBINED THIS CLASS WITH YOUR NECK/SHOULDER/UPPER BACK class & the relief all over my body is awesome!! I've always believed that "everything is connected" & that it is possible that the lower back starts to hurt because the upper back/neck/shoulders are out of wack!! You gotta work it all!! Woke up with a super tight lower back from sleeping on a bad hotel mattress. Looked up lower back stretches and this one popped up first. Did it and feel so much better now. Thank you so much.
Each time I've done this practice I go in wary of how beneficial it'll be and then come away sans discomfort, looser, feeling stronger on my feet. (Decades of chronic back issues and balance, which isn't that great to begin with, is notably worse when back is acting up.) This flow seems to help with alignment, opening, functionality. :)

Lifelong, chronic back issues, coupled with worsening balance (partially age related). Feared this practice might potentially exacerbate them but noticeably helped with both! Yeah! Moving more freely, feel more grounded. Thanks! :)
I sit at a desk editing during the day then drive uber in the evenings.. Safe to say my back is STIFF. Thank you, your videos seriously help me. I need to make it a habit to do this daily, however after just 37mins my back seriously feels SO much better!
