  • This 35-minute Yoga for Low Back Pain is for for all-levels. Very relaxing and relieving with gentle hip openers, back stretches and strengtheners. Practice 3x a week or as often as you'd like for the best results.
    One block is optional for this class. Other than that, all you need is yourself and your mat. :)

    Jessica, I can’t thank you enough! My back was completely jacked up. I couldn’t sit, I couldn’t work, I could barely move. One session of this and I have nearly complete relief.     I use this routine A LOT! However, this was my first day using it for actual back pain and it was incredible. I could feel the muscles releasing as the session progressed and at the end I feel 80% better! Huge thank you as I can stand straight again!!!

    Whoa. Your videos uploaded in the past few weeks have seemed to have been a gift. The flows have worked out a ton of tension. Over all I find the simple voice over lay you do with no music or drums is great to focus on what is actually happening. I don't seem to get lost and I rarely have to look at the screen because the speeds are fluid! Resulting in a better result. (Maybe it's my squirrel brain) Thanks for what you do. Namaste 🙏

    I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate your yoga classes. They have really made a difference in my life. I work out to your classes 5 days a week, and sometimes I will do 2 shorter workouts in a day. One in the morning and then one before bed. Thank you for all you are doing. Namaste.

    Loved this class. Agree your style, voice, approach is inviting, accepting, and welcoming. I’ve been doing yoga for 40 years and my body Has more pain and stiffness requiring a lot of modifications. Classes allow me a lot of freedom space and joy with my limitations

    I have had horrible low back pain for MONTHS. PT and chiropractic care didn’t help. I’ve been practicing this program for 10 days and I am feeling so much better! Thank you so much, Jessica. You saved me from going to a pain management doctor to get injections! 🙏🏼

    JACKPOT! Have been doing this class for 2 weeks; a couple times a week. Low back issues are stubborn & you have to keep working on them. BUT TODAY I COMBINED THIS CLASS WITH YOUR NECK/SHOULDER/UPPER BACK class & the relief all over my body is awesome!! I've always believed that "everything is connected" & that it is possible that the lower back starts to hurt because the upper back/neck/shoulders are out of wack!! You gotta work it all!!     I just love this video. Have been doing yoga for years, (think Lillias!) and find so much benefit from Ms. Richburg's gentle guidance and instruction.
