I liked the routine but I heard very little of what you said so I had to keep raising my head to look at the screen. The music was relaxing but it overrode your quiet voice.
@@annehemphill7929 Thank you for the feedback Anne! I'll try to pay more attention to that in the future. So glad you liked the sequence and great job!
Absolutely wonderful You have saved me from my bursitis. Since I began this yoga exercise (5 times a week for the last 4 months) my bursitis has not returned...ever. THANK YOU!

This is the 4th of your bursitis videos I have tried in the last month or so and they have helped tremendously. I am so appreciative that have done them! I have been working through bursitis in first one hip and then the other for over 2 years. I finally feel like I can get past it and start feeling normal again. And I have to say your videos are the easiest to follow yoga videos I have ever done and I have been practicing off and on for over 20 years. Excellent work Joelle!
Dear Joelle, you are a TRUE healer, THANKYOU for being here! I’m 65 and use ur channel to keep my mind & body in far better shape than before I found you, I especially enjoy your YIN sessions as ur voice is also healing and the soft music helps me focus.
Since I started doing this video, my left hip bursitis pain, which I’ve had for almost a year has completely disappeared! I can’t thank you enough, Joelle! ❤️

This is EXACTLY what I need and have been searching for! Thank you Joelle this is perfect for anyone like me who suffers from ME/CFS, also osteoarthritis and bursitis. Your soft and gentle voice is so soothing when in pain. Please keep any music very quiet and gentle as well. Thank you.
You're so welcome! I'm really happy to hear that you enjoyed it. I'll have another Yin Yoga sequence coming out shortly for Fibromyalgia, so I hope that you'll find that one helpful as well. Well done! 👍
I also suffer from ME/CFS and osteoarthritis and second everything you say! ❤ It would be wonderful if Joelle makes a slow series especially for us . Perhaps with no music at all, or as you suggest, very low volume gentle music x
Thank you Joelle! I have been suffering from chronic hip pain for about 6 years. This last year I finally have started seeking treatment because I couldn’t take it anymore. I recently discovered your videos and they are making a huge difference. I am so appreciative that these are available, thank you for making something specifically for hip bursitis!
Hi Joelle, I have been following all your hip bursitis routines and I really love them. Using yin yoga poses for the release and stretching of the hips is truly wonderful. I would love to have other longer (45-60 min) yin yoga sequences for release of hips, glutes and in general the entire body. I feel very safe following your channel considering I am 55 years old and have issues with my hips. Thanks!
Wonderful, thank you Monica! I'm so glad you're enjoying the routines, and I agree that yin yoga can be particularly wonderful. I am so glad I found your routines for hip bursitis, it has helped to slowly improve my pain and movement in my hip. I have subscribed to your channel as I find your voice very soothing.
I just subscribed to your channel!! I’ve been battling this hip pain for a few years now and it’s gotten worse, I’m in pain all day, my PT therapist has tried several things with me but none of them work. I did part of your video yesterday and today. I can’t stretch as well as you do because I don’t have the flexibility yet but I do what I can, I will continue to do the videos in search for pain relief 😮💨 I hope my pain resolves. Thank you ❤
This was wonderful. I've had a chronically (always) tight QL on one side and low back pain for 7 months now. I would love a longer time for QL. I do your short one 3-5x a week.
So glad you found the QL one already and happy to hear it's helping! If you haven't tried it already I'd also suggest the IT band yin stretch: ruclips.net/video/pV8Btl3mlXA/видео.html (Generally, quite a few stretches that we feel down the side of the body tend to be good ones for the QL) And lastly, I'd also recommend my lower back workshop, as we get specifically into the QL quite a bit: tinyurl.com/2s3sknzh 😉
Wonderfully restorative and relaxing practice! I did it in the evening on my acupressure mat. It felt sooo good! Definitely will repeat often. Many thanks!🙏🙏👌
I’ve been isolating for a couple of days with no exercise. My hips started to feel sore with all the sitting and lying down. I chose this routine as soon as I feel strong enough. And it’s perfect! I feel much looser, hips are happier. Thanks again Joelle!
So glad you landed on just the right one Larry! Hope you're feeling all right and don't worry - the yoga mat will always be waiting when you're ready for it!
Thanks for the video. It would be great if you could increase the volume as I found it difficult to hear and impossible to concentrate. I turned my volume to the maximum but could vaguely hear. I am sure it would be great if I could do it with more concentration. Thanks a million.
Thanks for joining me Melinda! Unfortunately this is one of my oldest videos so there isn't anything I can do about the volume after the fact, but hopefully the quality has increased a lot since then! Otherwise this practice with a newly-recorded audio is also featured in my 4-week program for hip pain and bursitis if you'd like: tinyurl.com/46v7unj7
Managed to do this routine again today! Still feeling weak but my hips needed this. I also wanted to make sure I don’t miss congratulating you for hitting 49k! Can’t hit 50 without 49!! I noticed in the comment section that I actually congratulated you for hitting 6k just a year ago!!! Wow! Feels like ages ago. You’ve come a long way. Well done Joelle and thanks as always!🎉🙏🏼
This is an interesting shift from your regular routines which I have been doing daily. Didn't know what to expect, just trusted that it would be good. It didn't disappoint. I did this right after my meditation session. And it worked out perfectly. Thanks Joelle! Keep up the good work!

I have had excruciating leg and hip pain for 2-3 days now. It slowly appears to be improving with rest, but at first I was quite alarmed as it was influencing my ability to walk. Thank-you for this practice. It was relaxing and enjoyable. 🌵💗🌵🕉️
I really enjoyed this routine. I suffer from hip tendonitis/tendonosis. Please confirm that these poses are beneficial for those conditions too, as I am considering enrolling in your 4 week program. Thank you!
Wonderful! So happy to hear that you like it, and thanks for the comment on breathing, will try to incorporate this more going forwards! Glad it helped after your leg work! 👍
Thank you Laura! That's great to hear. I actually have a new bursitis video coming out in a few days, which is another 10-minute one, but noted for future sequences! 😉
Just finished enjoying this yin yoga routine. It never fails to loosen me up. But main reason for this comment is to congratulate you for crossing the 6k mark!!! Good luck, looking forward to 10k! Thanks as always!
I have chronic hip bursitis so hoping this helps. Could you also do videos for herniated discs? Thank you for your videos. I have used others and feel they all help.
Just finished your video 🙌first time coming across you and I’m so glad I decided to stay on thank you ... I just found out that I have a hip labral tear and I’m hoping this helps me Thank you for the links for other videos regarding this pain I’m lost on where or how to start
Welcome Dalia!! I'm so glad you liked it. If you're lost on where to start, you could try easing in with my four-week program for hip pain: all the links and a detailed explanation can be found in this video: ruclips.net/video/kYqSJ8pzm_Y/видео.html It should help with finding relief from a labral tear as well, just always go at your own pace, listen to your body, and stay consistent and positive! Good for you for taking care of yourself, see you soon! 🌞
I haven’t done this in a while. When I did the banana pose, my former right problematic hip felt quite tight and painful. Have not felt this in a while. Does this mean the bursitis is acting up again? Worried that this is showing up quite close to my multi day hike! Will keep doing this routine. Thanks Joelle!
While I can't tell you exactly what's causing it, there are a lot of factors that might explain why one day we're simply tighter than another day. So it's not necessarily bursitis, but it's a great observation to keep an eye on that area. If you have something like a tennis ball or foam roller, you might try gently rolling out that area 2-3 times a day just to give it a chance to reset and release. And if banana pose isn't feeling good, I'd say skip that pose, or instead of leaning the body into the banana shape, just cross your ankles and hold your wrist with the body straight - often times that's still enough for us to get a nice stretch down the side of the body without overextending areas that are tight that day! I hope that helps 😉

Oooh, doing it on an acupressure mat sounds amazing!! 😊
Magnifique, j’adore le yin yoga
Merci🙏❤️
Moi aussi, avec plaisir Tania ! 🙏
Pura Vida indeed! Thanks as always Joelle!
Always and forever Larry! 😉
Thanks for yet another peaceful restoration. Namaste.
My pleasure Kimberly!
Thank you so much ,,exactly what my body needs☀️
So pleased you enjoyed it ✨
Thank you so much! I have just found you, but my joint pains reduced in a week. ♥️
Sorry to hear that, I hope this continues to help ✨
Cherish Yin practice, thank you.
This is the first time I've ever held a reclined cow face/shoelace pose where I felt like I wasn't struggling. Thank you!
Oh I'm so glad, well done
Absolutely love the sequence targeting different parts of the hip. Excited to have found this. Fabulous 😊💗🙏✨️
I'm so glad you liked it 😊✨
Thank you and God bless you 🙏🙏🙏😇
🙏🙏
This was amazing. Thanks!
thank you! That was great! Really hard to hold the poses due to pain but I fee lighter now.
Great job Genia! Yin yoga is DEFINITELY not easy, and I'm so happy you felt better afterwards
I'm glad I found your videos today, 11/8/2023. Do you still have a 4-week program for bursitis/hip pain? My pain is chronic.
Hi Sally! I saw you recently purchased my program. Thanks so much! I hope this will be helpful 😊
This was absolutely wonderful! Thank you, Joelle!
So glad you enjoyed Sabine, and thanks so much for being a channel member, it means a lot 😊
Thank you so much
Thanks for the video.
Relaxing practise

Congrats on hitting 83.6k!!! Just got back from a trip and completely missed 83k! Thanks for this classic yin yoga practice!

Very deep but relaxing, I love these videos they are so helpful thank you
I'm so glad! Well done 🌟
Just found this video and I'm subscribing - this was perfect!
Yay! Welcome, Michelle!
Terrific job Larry! And what a blast from the past - thanks for sticking with me through thick and thin, wishing you a continued speedy recovery 🙏🏼✨
This is an interesting shift from your regular routines which I have been doing daily. Didn't know what to expect, just trusted that it would be good. It didn't disappoint. I did this right after my meditation session. And it worked out perfectly. Thanks Joelle! Keep up the good work!
You're so welcome, Larry! So glad to hear that you enjoyed it, and great idea to combine it with your meditation!! 👍
Yoga with Joelle Three weeks later and I’ve grown to really enjoy this! I’ve graduated from doing this just once a week. I feel more loose after the routine! Gracias! Your shirt brought me back to a wonderful trip to Costa Rica, Pura Vida!🦜🌋🏝
@@larrysiy4457 I'm so glad you're enjoying it, Larry! Pura Vida back at you! I honeymooned in Costa Rica last year, so lots of wonderful memories from such a beautiful country :-)
@@YogawithJoelle Beautiful country indeed. I'm sure it was extra special given that it was your honeymoon trip!
It definitely was!! 😀
Thank you! This felt very helpful ❤
Glad you found this helpful! Thank you for joining me ✨
This helped me so much today!
That's wonderful to hear, well done Jennie!!
Wonderful. Thanks
sooo good. thank you
I have had excruciating leg and hip pain for 2-3 days now. It slowly appears to be improving with rest, but at first I was quite alarmed as it was influencing my ability to walk. Thank-you for this practice. It was relaxing and enjoyable. 🌵💗🌵🕉️
I'm so glad it helped you relax ✨
I really enjoyed this routine. I suffer from hip tendonitis/tendonosis. Please confirm that these poses are beneficial for those conditions too, as I am considering enrolling in your 4 week program. Thank you!
The program addresses all types of hip pain, so it'd be a great option! 😉
Soooooooo relaxing! Loved it! Thanks Joelle. 🤗
Yay, I'm so glad to hear this! Well done! 😃
Thank you, that was great
Thank you Patricia, so glad to have you here! 🙏
This was so relieving to do after a weekend of strenuous leg work. Great tips on breathing, Joelle. I would love more breathing direction!
Wonderful! So happy to hear that you like it, and thanks for the comment on breathing, will try to incorporate this more going forwards! Glad it helped after your leg work! 👍
Quite helpful and relaxing. Thanks 👍
I'm so happy to hear that you liked it - well done ! 😃
Great video! I would love more long routines for bursitis 🤗
Thank you Laura! That's great to hear. I actually have a new bursitis video coming out in a few days, which is another 10-minute one, but noted for future sequences! 😉
That was lovely, thank you 🙏🏼
You’re welcome Sue 😊
Just finished enjoying this yin yoga routine. It never fails to loosen me up. But main reason for this comment is to congratulate you for crossing the 6k mark!!! Good luck, looking forward to 10k! Thanks as always!
Onwards and upwards indeed, Larry! 😃 Thank you as always so much for the support, and glad you're continuing to get value out of the yin sessions. 😊
I have chronic hip bursitis so hoping this helps. Could you also do videos for herniated discs? Thank you for your videos. I have used others and feel they all help.
So glad you like them Lucia! If you search "yoga with joelle herniated disc" on RUclips you should find a video that I hope you'll find helpful 😉
Love this video would love more!
Glad you enjoyed it! 🙏
Found just what I needed
Just finished your video 🙌first time coming across you and I’m so glad I decided to stay on thank you ... I just found out that I have a hip labral tear and I’m hoping this helps me
Thank you for the links for other videos regarding this pain I’m lost on where or how to start
My hips snd lower back are my hotspots.i do yoga everyday.this practice gave me relief
I'm so glad to hear it
Thanks again!
My pleasure Terri!
Thank you so much!!
@@YogawithJoelle Thanks Joelle, will do that.
Thank you 🙏🏼
