I couldn't finish but after at least an hour sobbing my heart out I finally found enough peace to try and get some sleep (2.30 am) and I thought I'd try again for yoga. Didn't work before but now a couple supine stretches did work. My heart may still feel heavy but knowing I can hold myself through practice even now, that is so healing. Thank you for this practice

As to one leg being weaker, I'm not sure I really have anything for that directly, but anything to strengthen the legs or to work on your balance would certainly be helpful. It's always nice to explore something a little new! Don't worry about the foot being positioned differently, as long as you feel a good stretch and never pain, that's all we care about. 😉 Well done Katrina!
