When I started this video 2 weeks ago I was 253., now I'm 230 !!! This does work if you do it everyday and eat clean!!!
So normally when I watch these kinds of videos to workout, I get annoyed at the motivation speeches because they’re either corny or just ugh...but this video, really got me going. Idk if it’s her sweet voice or whatever but I really freaking liked this video

every time I do this workout I do not sweat what am I doing wrong?
I started doing this workout about a month ago and I am petty proud of myself. I have been working hard and I am able to do 5 sets of 20 during the same amount of time! 😀 I do one exercise wait for 10 seconds and then do the next. Sometimes I am on opposite ones but I am still getting my 5 sets of 20 done! 👍🏻

For annyone who needs inspo to loose weight, listen. I was unhappy with my body. Mostly bc of my stomache. I was 12 years old and i was 114 lbs. I hated the way i looked and i only wore big t shirts and bagy pants. I saw other girls whereing rlly cute clothes, and when i tryed my belly bolged out. I wanted a change. So i started working out and eating clean. I woke up early and worked out for at least 30 mins everyday. I dident stick to anny diet, just made sure i wasent eating junk food and i stayed on the right path. Im still working to my main goal, 95 pounds, but after 2 weeks, i stand proundly at 106 lbs.

Well, I never made comment in any of youtube videos. But just want to take the burden out. I never took my weight into considerations. I always gained weight and lose it back. Last April, my father had a heart attack and I was alone to handle it on my own. That was my realization point, when I failed to hold him tighter when he collasped infront of me. In the ICU section, the lift was not working and I got out of breathe climbing on two floors. I could walk faster and felt how unhealthy I am. 5'1 and 70kg. 20kg overweight. I prayed to god to give me enough strength that time coz I dont want to lose my dad. By God's grace he is fine now. But, I started my journey to be healthy since then. I am eating clean and working hard I could each day. We need to do it for our loved one guys. If we are not healthy we cant take care of our loved one at all. Best of luck to all the people out there.
