i have been doing this everyday for a week and your butt lift video my butt is rounder and tighter. my stomach has gotten extremely smaller. i am a mom of 3 so the results are unbelievable. Thank You Sanela i feel sexy again. i love seeing your happy face and positive energy.
You need to switch off working different body parts during the week and give your muscles time to recover. Realistically it will take longer than a week to see results.
Ive been doing these exercise's on a regular basis, and its definitely helping this 69yr old to stay in shape...lol... I also do the butt lift workout also, and thats just great. Thank you Sanela for these exercises that almost anyone can do.

Great workout; challenging, effective, and fun. Simple but not easy. Well thought out sequence of moves and the repetition of the sequence makes it easier to focus on form and to fully invest in each set. Love it! Thank you!!
This really helps!!! At first the one where you put up your legs and row was hard so I kept my feet on the ground but surprisingly the stretch helped me so much that I could finally do it! I do this 6 days a week now! It really helps and makes me feel GREAT 👍!!!
This workout was the best workout of my life!!! I'm 13 years old and I tried a lot of workout videos but non compare to this!!! I just want to say u are such a good trainer and I loved these workout I will do these everyday!!!!!
@@katekylie4528 Exercise, sadly, is only a small portion of the equation for losing weight. Your diet is the most important thing. That's the part I'm struggling with. The exercising I can totally handle, but the diet... I LIVE for carbohydrates lol. I love all of the absolute WRONG foods. It's really hard to learn to eat right but I'm trying.

honestly, i’ve always had a hard time finding a good workout that i liked, and i like this one. the workouts aren’t hard, but i definitely felt it, which i don’t always feel the burn with other videos i try. but i love this lady, very encouraging and seems to know what she’s doing.
This definitely wasn’t a beginner workout especially the mountain climbers. If you’re a beginner, you should follow the 1st round that Salena introduced. That was a lot easier for beginners, then you can build up for more challenging exercises when you’re capable in order to reduce chances of injury! Great workout Salena! I’m a person who works out at least 5 times a week so I was able to handle the advanced workouts. Ty again👍

Excellent balanced workout, I wouldn't recommend so many sets for a beginner, but good progression of exercises alternating different parts of abs so not to much strain on the back. Kudos.

WOW this is definitely a workout. I've done quite a few of your lower body workouts and I've been on bike rides almost everyday this summer but this 23 min yoga workout gives you an INTENSE burn. Like I felt good, energetic, but today I feel really stiff! But that means it is working! It's a good burn

I've been doing this alternated with the butt workout during a week. I'm also intermittent fasting. I'll update my result when I complete a month doing it.
Sanela Yoga hey thanks for the amazing workout. But I've heard you shouldn't do the same workout everyday because then your muscles get used to it and you don't get as much out of it because it's not as hard.
I was tired @ 7:55 so my goal was to finish at least half way through and I did! I’m going to do this everyday so I will soon then be able to finish the whole vid!💛 thank you so much Sanela!❤️

Your exercise videos are a challenge. Exactly what I needed. I do not always keep pace but I don’t give up.
