I started these exercises 5 weeks ago. My Lockdown challenge. I do them 3 times a week and wow, my butt has changed!!!!! Im so pleased. Its lifted and rounded. It was looking very flat and flabby. Now its toned and just about no cellulite. Now I just need a beach holiday as Im beach ready haha!!! But instead, I will stay home and do more butt lift exercises.

Mon 10/21: This really works. I was skeptical even while doing the workout (I’m pretty active). But the day after my booty was sore in all the right places. I haven’t been able to get this kind of burn with other exercises. Going for Day 2 tomorrow. Will update progress Thurs 10/24: I decided to do the workout every other day. Yesterday (Wednesday) was Day 2 for me. I sweat a lot and got the burn. Today I feel sore only on my booty. I don’t see any change yet, but I love the fact the the soreness is concentrated on my glutes exclusively. This is a great sign. Fri 11/15: I did the exercise yesterday. Over the past two weeks I didn’t do the routine regularly (probably about four times total) but I DEFINITELY see a difference. My booty is more raised! I know this for sure because l, when looking in the mirror from the side, I always used to tense my booty cheeks up to see how lifted I want it to be. These days, I don’t have to tense as much to get to the same level, it’s already halfway there! Also, I have added two 10lb weights in each hand while doing the squats and plié squats.

I searched for easier workouts to do so i can work up to this. I was extremely sore too and it was to the point where I had quit. Hence why I looked for alternatives.

i just done this and i love it so much it wasn’t too too hard but i could also really feel it working my muscles and i felt really good after doing it, im going to try to motivate myself to do this everyday to see results
Happy New Year Everyone! I’ve been trying this workout last 2019 for 2 weeks but eventually I stopped since I lost the motivation to continue. So now I decided to try it again and today is my 1st day. Hopefully I could last for months and praying for a significant result. I will be back here after a month and will give some update. Hey there..remember it is baby steps,that is where we all start. If you can't do the full workout..try doing 5 reps for each and then slowly by slowly you will grow..trust me on this😗 And you will get the kind of butt you desire
I started doing this workout a month ago and I am really happy with the results. My butt got toned and to be honest my thighs as well, plus I have more energy. I do this workout in the morning 3 to 4 times a week as suggested by Sanela. Thank you so much for this video ❤
@Julia Wendt it did, but after 3 months I decided to do a more intense workout because I got really used to this one. I reccomend you start easy and increase your workout when you feel ready.
Before I watched any further I had to see if she had a shape because there's no way I'm taking advise from someone with no shape .. I'm definitely gonna try this

Been doing this since last week and already starting to see results. At first it did seem a little fast but once you get into it you get used to the rhythm and flow.
Jazmine Villegas I did this every night for 4 weeks. I stopped now as i'm on holiday but realised you really have to be consistent to maintain results. Gonna get straight back into it when I get back to the Uk👌🏻
Dont worry so much... your legs will not get bulky but your thighs might get a little bit bigger if you are a skinny person. In a couple weeks you will see the results yourself (not very big but noticeable): your hips will feel and look rounder. Same for your behind. And you dont have to eat something specific before or after your workout but it is recommanded. I hope I helped :3

Most of these dislikes are either like to hate or are too lazy to even try this workout and looking for easier ways to lift their butt but there is no easy way without doing the works, to be honest this work out has really done some work just in two days already and if you have back problems it can really help with just this much of movement, an help with your body posture really well. So I tend to keep with this work out n running 😙💖
First time stopped at 12 minutes and 40 seconds for a start, ill update if i see results but definetely fell the burn! Day 2: definitely felt sore as hell took me more effort than the first day Day3: went from 140- 138 starting right now but definitely sweating more and feeling the burn! Day4: couldn’t do it had a funeral but I did 10 minutes of this and a mile jog I’m feeling more energized Day5: been doing ab workouts including this one if you want some links of ab workouts I’m doing let me know(: but I weigh135(not bloated) so progress since when I wasn’t bloated I weighed 138 but progress is progress going to do this right now, a little sore I think it gets easier but you definitely feel the burn more every single day Day:???today lol sorry for not updating! But I have seen improvements on my butt getting less flabby and more stronger I’ve been doing it more intensely with it already memorized I do this routine with music then a few different workouts that match the music (: but I have gotten strong with my legs as well considering I started not being able to even do a proper squat or getting out of my bed

Just wanna say that I love this workout and it has done wonders for me. I've only done this for four months and it has surpassed all the other leg/butt workouts I've done.
I use ankle weights and barbells. I’ve been using this workout for just over a year, and let me tell you this is the best workout I’ve seen. Just make sure you do don’t these exercises fast and focus on your muscles when doing them :)
Progress. Went from 5 minutes in to 16 today. I'm quite literally dying, but this workout is rad as funk. Plus, her energy is so cheerful! It actually helps me get through the workout !

Hi, i started gym in october so i do this workout sometimes, when i can't go to the gym, but i can tell you that this workout is effective because i can feel the burn in my muscles the day after, with glutes i think the key is being consistent with the practice, at least that's my case, i'm starting to see the results after one month of practice, but i also do a workout at the gym twice a week, so i don't know if this alone is enough, but you can totally feel the burn the day after so i think it's very effective :)
workinging your muscles out everyday is bad bc your muscles wont have time to repair bc when you workout your muscles tear working out everyday can reverse the process actually ans make your butt smaller
Queen Oats Actually you're wrong. That's called muscle tearing. Which is common in working out. The more you work out, the sore your body will feel (in whatever body parts you've worked on). The pain you feel in your arms or your legs after your workout (or during it) is just the muscle expanding little by little. Your body rests your muscles when you are asleep or when you're not using those same muscles. There's nothing wrong with working out every day, people who are and aren't trained do it every day. You just need to rest your body properly. Going to bed early and waking up at a decent time will also help the body. Don't feed people the wrong information though. It's really as the saying goes "No pain, no gain." If your workout doesn't hurt when you're doing it, you simply aren't doing it correctly, thus you will see no result. That's also how men workout too. Usually men bench press and lift weights. A little tearing in the arm muscles will occur. As I said before, it's natural for this to happen. Overworking your muscles is what makes the tearing occur, which is why the first workout hurts your body so much (you're feeling the tearing in the muscle for the first time) as opposed to your 10th or 15th time feeling natural to you and then you push your body to work harder by doing a bigger amount of sets/reps in your workout. Increasing the amount of weights you lift or the amount of repetitions you do per set is what helps increase your muscle. Stretching is also a big factor in working out. Everyone should know this already though. We always did stretches in elementary school before gym class started.

I've done my fair share of butt workouts, but I can honestly say that I've NEVER experienced soreness the very next day in the upper area of my butt before!!! I didn't even know I had butt muscles there 😆 I was so proud of myself for sticking with it & finishing. I've already added this to my favs so I can easily come back to it every 3-4 days/weekly. I love her energy, spirit & spunk! And how she always says to "smile" in all of her fitness videos. But it is true; you must enjoy your workout & what your doing. If you do, you'll look forward to doing it every day, & be more dedicated to your fitness routine. Otherwise, you risk "falling off the wagon". Sanela makes it fun! Tried similar routine years ago, achieved excellent results and maintained a toned figure with regular workouts. This video is an Excellent starting point for anyone who wants a firm, flexible, healthy body!
So glad I came across this video! Did it today, the full video and wow, saw results inmediately. I did do jumping squats instead of regular squats though, and instead of 20 each round, I did 36 each round. I also added 10 pound weights for lunges. Great results!

I think you have to give it a day rest to let your muscles re-build tbh. If people want to workout everyday, they need to target different muscles.

i just done this and i love it so much it wasn’t too too hard but i could also really feel it working my muscles and i felt really good after doing it, im going to try to motivate myself to do this everyday to see results
Happy New Year Everyone! I’ve been trying this workout last 2019 for 2 weeks but eventually I stopped since I lost the motivation to continue. So now I decided to try it again and today is my 1st day. Hopefully I could last for months and praying for a significant result. I will be back here after a month and will give some update. Good luck to those who are also starting their journey to awesomeness 💋

If you can't do the full workout..try doing 5 reps for each and then slowly by slowly you will grow..trust me on this😗

I started doing this workout a month ago and I am really happy with the results. My butt got toned and to be honest my thighs as well, plus I have more energy. I do this workout in the morning 3 to 4 times a week as suggested by Sanela. Thank you so much for this video ❤

@Julia Wendt it did, but after 3 months I decided to do a more intense workout because I got really used to this one. I reccomend you start easy and increase your workout when you feel ready.
Before I watched any further I had to see if she had a shape because there's no way I'm taking advise from someone with no shape .. I'm definitely gonna try this

Did your butt get lifted? And did your butt get bigger or smaller? Did you eat protein after your workout? Did your legs get bigger/bulky?
Dont worry so much... your legs will not get bulky but your thighs might get a little bit bigger if you are a skinny person. In a couple weeks you will see the results yourself (not very big but noticeable): your hips will feel and look rounder. Same for your behind. And you dont have to eat something specific before or after your workout but it is recommanded. I hope I helped :3

Most of these dislikes are either like to hate or are too lazy to even try this workout and looking for easier ways to lift their butt but there is no easy way without doing the works, to be honest this work out has really done some work just in two days already and if you have back problems it can really help with just this much of movement, an help with your body posture really well. So I tend to keep with this work out n running 😙💖

First time stopped at 12 minutes and 40 seconds for a start, ill update if i see results but definetely fell the burn!
Day 2: definitely felt sore as hell took me more effort than the first day
Day3: went from 140- 138 starting right now but definitely sweating more and feeling the burn!
Day4: couldn’t do it had a funeral but I did 10 minutes of this and a mile jog I’m feeling more energized
Day5: been doing ab workouts including this one if you want some links of ab workouts I’m doing let me know(: but I weigh135(not bloated) so progress since when I wasn’t bloated I weighed 138 but progress is progress going to do this right now, a little sore I think it gets easier but you definitely feel the burn more every single day

But I have seen improvements on my butt getting less flabby and more stronger I’ve been doing it more intensely with it already memorized I do this routine with music then a few different workouts that match the music (: but I have gotten strong with my legs as well considering I started not being able to even do a proper squat or getting out of my bed

Just wanna say that I love this workout and it has done wonders for me. I've only done this for four months and it has surpassed all the other leg/butt workouts I've done.

I use ankle weights and barbells. I’ve been using this workout for just over a year, and let me tell you this is the best workout I’ve seen. Just make sure you do don’t these exercises

Hi, i started gym in october so i do this workout sometimes, when i can't go to the gym, but i can tell you that this workout is effective because i can feel the burn in my muscles the day after, with glutes i think the key is being consistent with the practice, at least that's my case, i'm starting to see the results after one month of practice, but i also do a workout at the gym twice a week, so i don't know if this alone is enough, but you can totally feel the burn the day after so i think it's very effective :)
workinging your muscles out everyday is bad bc your muscles wont have time to repair bc when you workout your muscles tear working out everyday can reverse the process actually ans make your butt smaller

Queen Oats Actually you're wrong. That's called muscle tearing. Which is common in working out. The more you work out, the sore your body will feel (in whatever body parts you've worked on). The pain you feel in your arms or your legs after your workout (or during it) is just the muscle expanding little by little. Your body rests your muscles when you are asleep or when you're not using those same muscles. There's nothing wrong with working out every day, people who are and aren't trained do it every day. You just need to rest your body properly. Going to bed early and waking up at a decent time will also help the body.
Don't feed people the wrong information though. It's really as the saying goes "No pain, no gain." If your workout doesn't hurt when you're doing it, you simply aren't doing it correctly, thus you will see no result.
That's also how men workout too. Usually men bench press and lift weights. A little tearing in the arm muscles will occur. As I said before, it's natural for this to happen. Overworking your muscles is what makes the tearing occur, which is why the first workout hurts your body so much (you're feeling the tearing in the muscle for the first time) as opposed to your 10th or 15th time feeling natural to you and then you push your body to work harder by doing a bigger amount of sets/reps in your workout.
Increasing the amount of weights you lift or the amount of repetitions you do per set is what helps increase your muscle.
Stretching is also a big factor in working out. Everyone should know this already though. We always did stretches in elementary school before gym class started.

I've done my fair share of butt workouts, but I can honestly say that I've NEVER experienced soreness the very next day in the upper area of my butt before!!! I didn't even know I had butt muscles there 😆 I was so proud of myself for sticking with it & finishing. I've already added this to my favs so I can easily come back to it every 3-4 days/weekly. I love her energy, spirit & spunk! And how she always says to "smile" in all of her fitness videos. But it is true; you must enjoy your workout & what your doing. If you do, you'll look forward to doing it every day, & be more dedicated to your fitness routine. Otherwise, you risk "falling off the wagon". Sanela makes it fun! Not to mention the support & encouragement she gives makes it all the easier to keep coming back. Thank you!

So glad I came across this video! Did it today, the full video and wow, saw results inmediately. I did do jumping squats instead of regular squats though, and instead of 20 each round, I did 36 each round. I also added 10 pound weights for lunges. Great results!
