Hello, Shanelle I am a regular follower of yours. Your videos are very useful. Can you give me some exercise to get relief from back pain..it's just a muscle pain that I have for long hours of sitting job.
I started Doing your workouts three weeks ago. I have done many different ones and I have to tell you I have never felt so good in my life. I am 67 years old and I never knew that I could do yoga. Thank you so much for your inspiration.
I love this workout, although I hated it at first lol. It is a whole body workout, makes me sweat and only focus on my body and forgot all of my problems as I'm doing it!
Sanela, my muse of health. I started with your beginners flow 3 weeks ago and just added this one. I have a long way to go, but I'm already feeling better mentally😍
This is the sweetest, most loving exercise class I have found so far. Nuts and Bolts are fine, but to have a real person talking with you instead of an avatar is refreshing. My inner thighs thank you!!!!
I've been doing this workout for 2 months now. It definitely works! I do it 3 times a week, along with 10-40 minutes of cardio (on the elliptical) and I add other workouts by Sanela on the days I don't follow this flow. 😊

I always have wanted to get thicker thighs because everyone says im a stick but Im working out now. This is the only video with so much positivity with a faster pace and I love it!! Im going to do this every day. Thank you so much :)

Been going for a couple weeks now with this and some other pilates and yoga flows plus some other cardio bits thrown in( I like to mix it up) but this inner leg focus is fantastic. Sanela, much thanks to you for this. Love it!
