    I started Doing your workouts three weeks ago. I have done many different ones and I have to tell you I have never felt so good in my life. I am 67 years old and I never knew that I could do yoga. Thank you so much for your inspiration.

    I love this workout, although I hated it at first lol. It is a whole body workout, makes me sweat and only focus on my body and forgot all of my problems as I'm doing it!

    This is the sweetest, most loving exercise class I have found so far. Nuts and Bolts are fine, but to have a real person talking with you instead of an avatar is refreshing. My inner thighs thank you!!!!

    I've been doing this workout for 2 months now. It definitely works! I do it 3 times a week, along with 10-40 minutes of cardio (on the elliptical) and I add other workouts by Sanela on the days I don't follow this flow. 😊

      haseeba maryam it taken me 4 week's total, doing the work outs 4-5 times a week. took one week off for vacation

    just tried a different girl in this channels routine and she was not someone who you can follow if you have knee issues. salena here on the other hand is awesome. thanks again. I will be sticking with sanela for life!

    Hey Sanela, thank you for what you do!!! My wife and decided that during this pandemic we were not going to let ourselves go. Thanks to you and your videos we have been committed to Yoga practices 6 times a week, sometimes 5. Very motivating and yes I’m sweating profusely!!!!

    thanku!!!!!! u r such a beautiful aspiring soul. u helped me fell the workout, but i stayed calm. i love hat i can at hm. i hv 3 n 4 yr olds 18 mnths apart n im trying to start an am routine with u for whole body. i hv body dismorphia to point i dnt even want anyone looking at all of me but even my face. u, ur workouts, and the yoga u teach hv helped me so much as a woman in all. thanku for what u put into the universe for each of us ppl/women in my shoes. u r so motivating to look/feel better. will keep ur routines regular cant wait for results im dying right now lol. have a wonderful day everyone!

    Been going for a couple weeks now with this and some other pilates and yoga flows plus some other cardio bits thrown in( I like to mix it up) but this inner leg focus is fantastic. Sanela, much thanks to you for this. Love it!
