It does work... I had thick thighs before, but after doing these exercises for quite some time, I managed to have a thigh gap.. not very visible but it did make difference in the inner corners of the thigh.
Oh yes I have.. by doing this and many others TBH, I started to do BBG 3 times a week and on other days I did this and other 15-20 min workouts on FitnessBlender. I did lose a lot of weight and didn't even follow a strict diet, i only cut off on soda lol.

It really works!!! I've been doing this for 1 months and I can easily see the different. My thighs are tighter than before. I just do it 1 time everyday and of course I have to eat heathily
I've done 3 sets of this workout everyday for two weeks and I've definitely seen results. I've also had very fat legs and they've slimmed down. They're not very skinny thighs but they're better now and the more days you do it with 3 sets, the more you will see results. You should add a STRICT DIET and stay away from ANY KIND OF JUNK FOOD, therefore you will get those Kpop legs 😂😂
Don't worry, at the beginning you'll have thin legs, you need to work out idk how much and change your diet drastically to get strong and big legs :) Ps sorry for my bad english ( ̄▽ ̄)~*

I eat 5/4 times a day, breakfast (careful with portions) I prefer fruits and a lot of water, maybe boiled eggs... and then when I'm hungry at 11 AM or so, I eat a cereal bar ♡ then, at lunch I eat everything mom does for me but I'm careful of fried things and eat only what's enough. At 4-5 PM I get hungry again so I eat fruits or something and at dinner time I'm careful I don't eat after 8 PM. Oh and exercise, I do it everyday and rest Sundays. One day I do exercises for my thighs (this one) and arms, the other day cardio, the other day I stretch and dance, and that all week. I do different things so I don't get bored and work out different parts of my body. Sorry for my weird English, not my first language ♡

So I don't really like my thighs (especially the upper inner thigh area) and it just doesn't look good when wearing jeans because there is a little elevation. I hope someone understands what I'm trying to say hahaha All i want is that the inner thigh line is straighter. I've been doing this work out for *2 weeks* now and I don't really see any difference yet. I'll update u in 4:55 minutes 😂 Day 1: didn't really feel a burn on my legs so I repeated the exercises 2x and my legs are now like jelly😂obviously no results Day:2 same as day 1 but a little bit more exhausting as day 1 basically killed my legs 😂still no results but I'm feeling alot more confident :)) Day3: got a bit easier but still felt the burn, still saw no difference Day4: Ive managed to get through this without the end resulting in dead legs 😂 I saw a small difference in my thighs :o Day5: completely killed this workout 😁😁 I'm soooo buzzing now as I saw a small difference yesterday😁😁it's really making me feel confident
i’m going on my holidays in exactly 2 weeks and i really want to have slimmer legs so i’ll be doing this workout until then ❤️ day 1: it was burning my legs but i feel like i’ll see results in a few days. day 2: the same as yesterday but a little more painful afterwards day 3: it wasn’t as sore but i might do it twice again today since it’s quick and easy and i might start to do it twice a day but i already see a tiny difference because i was trying shorts on today and my legs weren’t touching as much as usual day 4: same as the other days i didn’t have a lot of spare time to do it twice so i extended the workout a bit more but i still feel like there’s a small difference day 5: i was at a track meet for the whole day so i wasn’t able to do day 6: exact same as day 5 day7: i’m gonna be going the workout at least 4 times to make up for the other days- okay so i’ve done it the other times and my legs are in so much painnn

This works!! Probably only thigh exercise that does. I try my best to do it 5 days of the week , 3 times a day! I did it religiously for 7 days and already saw a difference. I did also cut down on potatoes as they go to my thigh area alot! Hope this helps
This workout is really effective. I remember myself doing this workout on my college days and I also remember that time that I bought a highwaist short and It didn't fit me. After 2 weeks of doing this work out, the short that I bought fits me and I am so happy 😂😍. Everyday for the whole past week, I've been doing this workout twice a day as well as Chloe Tinq's 25-day thing workout (once a day), Emi Wong's 20-day thigh workout (once every two days) and Holly Dolke's thigh slimming workout (also once every two days) and STILL CAN'T SEE THAT MUCH OF A DIFFERENCE in my inner thighs and I still haven't noticed a thigh gap even though my thighs and legs (also my butt lol) HURT LIKE SHIT.. I do have a Triangle/Pear Body Shape so the bottom half of my body (including my thighs obviously) is a little bigger than my top part (including my arms, waist,...) So what I mean is that the results differ depending on your body type and your diet and maybe if someone with a different body shape (maybe an hourglass shape or an apple shape) did this exact workout routine that I do, they may see drastic changes in their thighs and legs who knows🤷🏻♀️

I did this workout and it strained my hip pretty badly. I was in bed for a whole week. I talked to some experts and apparently this is an advanced level workout and requires a long time of prior leg workouts and a lot of warming up before hand. Please at least make a disclaimer before posting a video like this. It’s not healthy for everyone to do this exercise.
Far from advanced. Warm up and Form is everything! Never do something that feels like it causes pain. Do it at your pace. But make it challenging. If you go from stationary to working muscles you havent in a while you will be sore for a few days after. Always stretch.

So I don't really like my thighs (especially the upper inner thigh area) and it just doesn't look good when wearing jeans because there is a little elevation. I hope someone understands what I'm trying to say hahaha All i want is that the inner thigh line is straighter.

Day:2 same as day 1 but a little bit more exhausting as day 1 basically killed my legs 😂still no results but I'm feeling alot more confident :))
Day3: got a bit easier but still felt the burn, still saw no difference
Day4: Ive managed to get through this without the end resulting in dead legs 😂 I saw a small difference in my thighs :o
Day5: completely killed this workout 😁😁 I'm soooo buzzing now as I saw a small difference yesterday😁😁it's really making me feel confident

day 1: it was burning my legs but i feel like i’ll see results in a few days.
day 2: the same as yesterday but a little more painful afterwards
day 3: it wasn’t as sore but i might do it twice again today since it’s quick and easy and i might start to do it twice a day but i already see a tiny difference because i was trying shorts on today and my legs weren’t touching as much as usual
day 4: same as the other days i didn’t have a lot of spare time to do it twice so i extended the workout a bit more but i still feel like there’s a small difference
day 5: i was at a track meet for the whole day so i wasn’t able to do
day 6: exact same as day 5
day7: i’m gonna be going the workout at least 4 times to make up for the other days- okay so i’ve done it the other times and my legs are in so much painnn

This works!! Probably only thigh exercise that does. I try my best to do it 5 days of the week , 3 times a day! I did it religiously for 7 days and already saw a difference.
I did also cut down on potatoes as they go to my thigh area alot!

Everyday for the whole past week, I've been doing this workout twice a day as well as Chloe Tinq's 25-day thing workout (once a day), Emi Wong's 20-day thigh workout (once every two days) and Holly Dolke's thigh slimming workout (also once every two days) and STILL CAN'T SEE THAT MUCH OF A DIFFERENCE in my inner thighs and I still haven't noticed a thigh gap even though my thighs and legs (also my butt lol) HURT LIKE SHIT..
I do have a Triangle/Pear Body Shape so the bottom half of my body (including my thighs obviously) is a little bigger than my top part (including my arms, waist,...) So what I mean is that the results differ depending on your body type and your diet and maybe if someone with a different body shape (maybe an hourglass shape or an apple shape) did this exact workout routine that I do, they may see drastic changes in their thighs and legs who knows🤷🏻♀️

Religion aside, some people just like covering up. besides don't just exercise for others, do it so when YOU look in the mirror, YOU like what you see. Who cares what other people really think. Be happy and proud of the body you have been given and look after it.
I did this workout and it strained my hip pretty badly. I was in bed for a whole week. I talked to some experts and apparently this is an advanced level workout and requires a long time of prior leg workouts and a lot of warming up before hand. Please at least make a disclaimer before posting a video like this. It’s not healthy for everyone to do this exercise.

Warm up and Form is everything! Never do something that feels like it causes pain. Do it at your pace. But make it challenging. If you go from stationary to working muscles you havent in a while you will be sore for a few days after. Always stretch.
