- A short and sweet inner thigh burn today using the Pilates ring. This is a killer 10 minute inner thigh focused pilates routine that will get those thighs working and also work your abs and finish with some standing posture and balance work. Get connected to your centre, feel the burn and enjoy this routine. Remember you can use a pilates ball or regular cushion if you don't have a pilates ring but see below for some links to purchase one.

Thank you for this! I’m a ballet/pilates instructor and I’ve been looking for resources for my ballet students to use to assist w/injury prevention when I don’t have enough time to work with them. Your videos are great focusing on alignment rather than reps, SO many other videos I’ve seen don’t use proper alignment or teach it well enough to keep up with.

Can u do these reps while pregnant?
Maybe you should ask your doctor, but I sported intensively until I was 8 months pregnant (jogging and classical ballet) and I had the best pregnancy ever, was strong and fit and baby was super healthy! Will do it all over again with second child. A close friend of mine is now pregnant and uses this ring as part of her training (her husband is a doctor and he agrees it's safe). Just sharing my experience, but you should always ask a professional.
