I am loving this series - my first formal introduction to Pilates. I really appreciate the focus of your sessions - you get right to the point without rushing and without distraction. This is balanced so nicely with your lovely demeanor and encouragement and specific postural guidance. Just overall such a lovely experience with the right balance of support and challenge.

I added my own personal plank challenge to the end of each of these workouts (24 day series). I'm up to 1:30! I alternate between forearm and straight arm, and sometimes I do both. I love your timing, your delightful accent, your cheerfulness and the variety in these workouts. Thank you, Lottie.

I’m loving this challenge so far! I used to do a lot of Pilates up until around 5 yrs ago. So this is getting me back into the practice and my mind & body are loving it! I also love the time length in these. They are effective but not too long so I really feel like I can commit to them every morning! Thank you for offering the challenge! ❤️

Hey Lottie, your classes are great and have been interesting to do so far. One thing I've noticed is how worried I am about keeping the form. I'm definitely a beginner and sometimes I worry that my form prevents me from working the right muscles
Ah at the moment I’m actually only doing this challenge + planning my membership Pilates classes which involves lots of Pilates too but I also do long walks and I often run a couple times a week. I do think that weighted work is very good too and anything that you enjoy and can stay committed too xx
HI! I'm loving this series so much! This is the second series I've ever tried to complete on RUclips and it is amazing to be able to fit it in my morning routine so easily. Does anyone know if Lottie uses purely pilates to look so incredible, Is it possible to make gains doing pilates or should I also be doing workouts that include weights? I've never done pilates before only Yoga and I'm loving it! Can't wait to go to a real life class after lockdown x x x x
Hi Lotty, I love your classes! Thanks so much for this. One question, during the mat second leg, actuality the first leg was more in pain because of trying to keep balance. I didn’t even felt so much the burn on the second leg. What am I doing wrong?

Great practice! Do you supplement your pilates workouts with any other forms of exercise Lottie? Runs, weight lifting, etc?
