@@SanjayBhardwajj Yeah I did I was a low weight and trim for years. Unfortunately, I was on a medicine that made me gain a lot of weight recently, but my Dr changed my meds and I'm still working hard to maintain a healthy weight. I run and do yoga. I follow this channel and also Yoga with Adrienne

I mean, I'm not a beginner, but I've got sort of, like bad lungs, from when I was a heavy smoker. My lungs have gotten much better since I quit smoking, of course, but I still don't have "healthy" lungs so I get out of breath, especially with all of the breathing that yoga requires, but anyways, just wanted to comment, in case you read it- I am so happy I came across this video, and I feel so amazing after doing that flow with you. Thank you for the wonderful energy!!

Jess is my go to online instructor and I do her routines most days. I like this one, bit I don't really 'feel' the lifting the knees off the ground in table top exercise on this one. Can't figure out what I'm doing wrong as it only tires my wrists and not my abs!
It looked like a good routine, but I had a hard time with some of the balancing on some poses. I guess this routine isn't meant for me, but it may be a good fit for other people.
Hi Jess, I love this workout and Part 3 (still not found Part 1). I'm struggling with my upper arms/shoulders. They shaking from plank 1 on. Is this normal? Are my muscels to weak or doing the plank wrong?

How can you tell if your body is straight in the extension pose?
Any suggestion for my knees which feels really painful when doing these exercises ? I use an exercise mat similiar as hers.
