@@NathalieShanti i forgot to say that my coordination for the squats with the arms up n down were totally off 😂 but i really did appreciate n enjoy the slower, controlled pace. it allowed me to better move with intention. hope you have an awesome weekend!! 💖🥳

You're a crazy persoon. The way my body is sore rn from pilates is crazy. I have tried doing pilates with other people and i never actually felt the burn like i felt it because of your workouts! I'm definitely coming back! Keep up the great work❤❤
