Last 3 days i was in deep pain in my back and hip area. I was searching for back pain relieve videos after doing those suggested workout there was some relief but only for 3-4 hour. Woooooooh that is such a great workout. My back is aching so much that I was looking for something slow but intense to release it. Although I still feel the pain, I felt I needed to move my muscles and whatever else is screaming in my body !!! I have to stay in child pose now to relax totally. Thank you Desiree ❤❤❤

That was excellent. Just what I was hoping for.
This class was exactly the self care I needed today! I especially loved the sequence toward the end... taking child's pose with one leg extended to the side, arms reaching forward, and then shifting the hips all the way forward into an upward-facing dog, going back and forth between the two, and ending with a big twisty backbend from the knees. Beautiful!! The backbend accessed my psoas in the most exquisite way. I think I'll have to do this daily! Thanks as always, Desiree!! 💖💖💖

I woke up sore today for absolutely no reason. But then I found this fantastic video focused on the hips and back, and I loved it! It felt so HEALING💫! Just did this amazing one after your 30 mn no excuse .I had to stop while doing the side then round to front as I suddenly had a terrible pain in the lower back. I did some spine stretches and the started again but avoided the side slide bent and it went fine. 🥰🙏

Thank you for this one! This work out was fantastic! I have ehlers danlos syndrome & my hips are AWFUL. They snap, crackle, pop, and then some but are SO stiff at the same time which causes a lot of pain. I could feel such a difference though after completing this video and I think it’ll become a staple to my weekly routine.
