Good Morning Desiree I recently found your channel and was immediately intrigued by your slow and controlled pilates video as I was looking for a slower-paced workout. I took ballet classes as a child, and it always stuck with me even though my parents could no longer afford it. I have been doing your workouts for the past 3 or 4 days and let me tell you I am already noticing major differences in many ways. I don't think I've done they lying down legs scissors (not sure what it's called). It's cool! My core is not strong enough so the moving boat move was a bit of a struggle staying in balance. And my legs still don't go all the say like you do. Thank you for this slow and controlled workout.

It’s such a relaxing workout, like a self-massage. Feel great. It seems that all my muscle groups are relaxed! It’s very suitable for rest/active days after high-intensity exercises throughout the week.

I think my soul left my body and came back after my legs stopped shaking 1 day after. Thank you for this slow pilate class, I struggle with more energetic workouts such as hiit because it puts too much stress on my body and lefts me in a not so good mental state but this was just perfect, very challenging, sweated a good bit but left me feeling very calm
