This workout was an excellent challenge, I love when it’s such a pace that you really have to be mindful of what you are doing. I do your workouts four to five times a week and my body has changed so much! I’m more flexible then ever and I feel strong and most of all really confident😊

Amazing workout as always!! It really engaged my core throughout, I loved it. Towards around the 15:00 mark though, I kept on getting a clicking feeling on my hip flexors, that was the only thing that bothered me. Is this just because I needed to do a warmup before or maybe I'm not flexible enough?
I would really have to watch you do that specific movement and check your form in order to really know what’s going on. The rollup with one leg up is definitely a tricky move…perhaps you were really gripping in your hip flexors in an effort to keep that leg up? You can modify that move by keeping your leg on the floor and just lifting it up when you come to your seated position, then gently lower it back down so you can roll down without that additional tension. Practice makes PROGRESS- keep at it! 🥰💖💪🏼

Yes, a lot of my exercises are done with external rotation…and yes, you can use ankle weights (and wrist weights) to amp up any of my workouts! 🥰💖💪🏼

11:35 this position really hurts my neck
is it because im straining it without realising it? is my head too heavy?? lol i feel like im engaging my core and arms to try and hold myself up but idk
Most likely you’re straining! Be sure you’re keeping your head up and focus straight ahead in front of you (as opposed to tilting your head back and looking up to the sky). Neck discomfort is common…sometimes it’s due to poor alignment/technique and other times it’s because strain can naturally happen. The good news is, the stronger you get, the less you’ll take any tension in your neck. Keep at it! 💪🏼
