Hello Desiree, i've always been scared to try out your workouts, the thumbnails are absolutely graceful and i wished i can do the same poses, but they've always intimidated me knowing how inflexible i am even though im a pretty fit person. but i've decided i will try your workouts 2-3 a week before this year ends, and do 4x-5x a week starting 2023. it's been great so far, and your guidance makes everything doable. thank you so much! happy that i have found you and your channel!!

Thank you. The slower pace is good for me to make it to the end. Even though I can do longer workouts, usually anything over 30 minutes and my adrenals get too taxed and I suffer later.

Dear Désirée, despite this workout was loaded here for a long time, today I did it with my ankle and hand weights. It was a true killer workout, but, surprisingly for me, I feel quite all right. Thank you again for all marvellous work you have done (and still do 🥰) and for all gifts you periodically send us by these workouts and all gentle and accurate indications you permanently gave and which made these exercises really effective and gave us all a "common sense of doing pilates".❤

Very thankfull for this! ❤ I think one must have had notions of Ballet before, so that a Kind of Basic Body strengh is allready there. Sûre, this workout is Kind of hard,but excellent for the strengh of the body.a bit more every day and one day i ll be able to do the whole workout of 40mn 😊
For some reason, I thought that was the one where you suggested to add ankle weights !!!!! So i put on 0,5 kg (on each ankle🤣) but surprisingly enough, I found out that it made the exercices more easy (or at least maybe done in a better way) Even the open roll-up was much easier for me (without the weights, I can't roll up with my legs sitting on the floor !) i really love that one (as you can see 🤗🤗🤗🤗). Do you have some for thinning armpits (like you know getting rid of the threatening batwings !!!!) Thank you for all your great workouts 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
