oh my god the last part with the battemants then going into plank putting your hands behind your back, arabesques etc.. had to sit out the hands behind your back on the second round before powering through the last exercises. this was killer, love it!
What a lovely, challenging yet gentle workout! One of my favorites. The final 2 minutes made me smile from East to West :). May I say that you're a beautiful dancer?

OH. MY. GOD. This was soooo good!!!! I can´t believe it´s 40 minutes... it felt like 20... Desirée, I loooove this. I also absolutely love the velocity. It´s so wonderfully slow, all the movements are perfectly timed with the breathing. And for me as an absolute ballet beginner the velocity gives me the time to focus and control my movements and - as you would maybe say - feel the burn... boy did this one burn... :-)))) I know, I say this after every training I do with you :-)))))) Thank you sooooo much for killing me in the best possible way!!!! im new to pilaties however this is the first flow that interested me. such a relaxing yet and fun and sweaty challenge, super excited to grow stronger and more flexible as i do this ! i really impressed with my flexibility, i really hate downward dog and planks though HAHAHA edit : i will admit i was shaking too much to stand on the balls of my feet at the end but i made a good attempt hahaha
