Great content, I’m a aging runner 48, waiting for a breast reduction. I’m taking a break from running to really focus on strength and stretching. I have Found both Pilates and barre to be extremely helpful. So thank-you!
I am 7 years post ankle injury and reconstruction on top of psoriatic arthritis that affects my toes and feet tremendously. Finding your videos helped me tremendously as I still struggle not being able to do much in the way of high impact activities. Even traditional standing barre is difficult at times. I have a workout room with a barre and mirror and light weights which are perfect for your workouts.
I am a yogi trying to recover hamstring tendinitis. I injured it a year ago and found Pilates helped me recover. Since lockdown my routine is all messed up and the injury is creeping back!
can you do more dance centered workouts? I am a dancer and I have always had trouble with core strength, but I found this video really helped me engage my core.

I loved this workout. It kicked my butt. I was burning!!! I’m interested in intense stretching. My goal is to get very flexible in my hips and someday be able to do the splits. I feel drawn to having a ballerina physique. So glad I found your channel. I enjoyed this workout with you and am looking forward to watching more.

This is such a great full body burner, thank you! I love how you really go into loads of different muscles. The legs/butt section at the end killlssss me! So good!
I made an adjustment to the Superman form for myself which is keeping my face and arms flat on the floor and contracting my lower abdomen and pressing my pubic bone into the floor at the same time. My lower back overcompensates for weak butt muscles, so the correction makes a difference to prevent lower back pain.
I've been following your channel for 2 weeks. I wish I found your channel sooner. I can feel a difference in my body each time I follow your movement in your videos. My worst part of my body to exercise is my stomach. Do you have any other work out videos to help me with my trouble area?
OK, so this was brutal and really good. I pooped out when it came to table top w/raising leg to the side, so I did the ever popular Dog on Hydrant. It's great having such a great workout in my living room! :) Thanks Caroline

I'm not a dancer, but I tried this workout, because I want to improve my posture. It's a tough workout, and I'll keep coming back to it.
