Thank you so much for doing these videos. I have been doing the get rid of hip pain with this hip mobility routine for about 5 days now and I can't tell you how much it has helped. I had been trying every exercise I had ever been taught and physical therapy and every stretch and nothing was getting rid of my hip pain and after I do this I have no hip pain! I just did this lean lay grew teen after the stretchers and I feel wonderful! I can't tell you how much I appreciate you!

I loved this workout! I was sweating too! I spilled hot water on my foot last week and it is still recovering. This video allowed me to keep moving with my hurt foot!

Whoa I sweat on that both leg and hands up though I am unable to do both the same time I still sweat. That was very challenging for me. The rounding up spine didn’t do but kept my spine neutral all the time. Hope you do pilate osteoporosis osteopenia for thigh and hips thank you for a job well done.

Tried this workout today. OMG! Never thought small movements could hurt so much. But it’s a good hurt. I definitely feel my legs, hips & booty.😩
