Hi Caroline! I love your workout routines, currently one of my favourites (I've been exercising at home with different yt videos for almost 7 years now, so I've seen maaany). Your routines get only better and better over time as the quality of the videos does. I've discovered your channel when I was after having a knee injury so I was looking specifically for low impact exercises and I've fallen in love with your videos. I'm so glad that you started your channel and have kept doing it.. AND A LITTLE IDEA: I was thinking, would you make a video with a routine for very limited space? It's been always a pain in the... because there are not so many ideas for 'tiny room' workouts. When it's winter outside and you live in a small flat, it is often difficult to exercise. I've experienced living in small rooms/flats a few times and the reality is harsh: you can't fully raise your hand without hitting the lightbulb; you can't fully split your legs or do full circles with your arms because there are walls/furniture that limit your moves; you can't do a plank or a pushup without being partially under the table/bed/chair/whatever other object that you can't remove from the space. Well, if you ever lack the inspiration for another video, for sure I'd make use of that kind of routine. Love from Spain!
Thank you for your videos! I am noticing myself more toned and feeling better stamina! My Dr was impressed with my ruptured plantar healing so quickly. Still taking it easy as I recover to strengthen again
This one kicked my butt! Thank you for so many safe and fun options when my foot is hurt - or even just when I want to change things up (or stay inside during a snowstorm :D )
I couldn’t do the star plank. I couldn’t extend my top leg at all!! I have a fused spine though and I’m lacking a lot of core strength so I hope I can get there one day x thanks this was great! I’m subscribing
I liked this. I needed more inner thigh exercises, so I just repeated the first two. The star side plank didn't work for me. Felt it only in my obliques and I couldn't line up my hips. Irritated my lower back a little. But I think your direction and modifications are great. Thank you!! :)
