    This total body floor workout is a non-impact strength routine you can do to feel good inside and out. Doing this video consistently will help improve your posture, performance, and fitness level.
    This low-impact floor workout works your total body without placing pressure on your feet and ankles. It's NO Impact, fun, challenging, uplifting, and all levels. This No Impact floor workout video is specially designed for those of you who are in need of some non-weight bearing exercise. It’s perfect if you are looking for:
    ✅ A workout you can do in your home or apartment with little space
    ✅ A workout video to stay in shape when traveling for work (makes working out in your hotel room fun and motivating!)
    ✅ A No Impact cross-training workout to balance high-impact workouts

    This is awesome, my mom, daughter, and niece all joined me in this workout! My daughter said I made it made her tummy hurt. My mom said @ 65 on her birthday she exercised to start her day off right! 😊

    After a few months of doing your workout videos, it hit me during this one how much I've improved! At first it was probably more rest time than working out, and a whole lot of gasping for air hahaha. I've been making extra effort to smile and be positive and kind to myself during workouts, and it has literally changed something inside of me.. like I feel much more physically strong, but even more so I feel like my focus, determination, and joy are also stronger!! And so is my desire to exercise! Instead of something grueling I have to force myself to do, now I really look forward to how I'll feel because of it. Thank you Caroline for doing this and being my cheerleader without even knowing it 😊💖

      @@CarolineJordan Thank you so much!(: I just love the floor barre no impact workouts, because I have plantar fasciitis and a fractured sesamoid and they are my saving grace! Any workouts to help build more muscle and strength are what I'm here for!!

    Hey! I'm new to your channel. I really liked this exercise routine and have done it a few times now. I find it a little too chatty for the morning.     i had to take a pause during the last plank, but this was sucha great workout- i've been in a slump, but this was a great way to get me out of it.

    Great workout. I had bunion surgery 1 week ago. I need to be toes above nose with the exception of toileting and eating. So I sought out some floor exercises I can do (coincidentally, I’m also recovering from a meniscus root tear). This was perfect. I kept my legs up as much as possible. Thank you!

    Thank you for this great workout! It's the perfect length to fit in after work & commuting! I find the side planks really make my back ache the next day, so I'm wondering if there is a good alternative pose or if I am just doing it wrong?     Does this count as weight training? I have to weight train to avoid loose skin, but my feet cant take impact. I have sever achilles tendonitis in both and they are swollen. I need to loose weight though.
