Love this video. While I was pregnant my sciatic nerve gave me problems so I had to take physical therapy. They gave me the bands to take home to do the exercises that they showed me. Now I can use your exercises too. Although I loss my baby in surgery. I’m still trying to build up my sciatic nerve and stay in shape. Your videos really help❤️🙏🏽
this is really fab loved it thank you im really suffering with ligament injury grade 3 with plantar fasciatis that has made my work outs go haywire im so thankful to you for these videos im happy that i can do workouts now sincerely 6 mnths....long time very stressing still...can you kindly share some more videos with resistance bands the mini bands for abs without using the foot yes i ve seen many of your videos and now sincerely meticulously catching up with all of them but great job sincere thanks to you for all these videos good work!!!!!!!
I just did this workout twice and my booty was burning A LOT. My left butt cheek finally woke up hahahahaha I'm going to start doing this routine every other day to wake up my booty before a workout! I need to make these butt cheeks feel stronger again! Thank you so much for the video! :D

Those were some great exercises to really target the glutes and hams 💪👍 I've saved this workout in my "mini bands glutes" folder, and I will repeat this whenever I want to feel some glute activation (like...all the time! 😀)
I love this workout! So I repeated twice. How many times should I do this exercise per week to get stronger lower body? Right now I injured my foot and can’t do any pounding exercise like running or jumping. I do swim, bike, chair cardio with upper body & core strength with this band exercise. Maybe twice a week?
I’ve been doing this workout regularly do a while now and this is my fav mini band workout but I feel like I’m not getting results anymore. I contract my abs and breathe and I think my problem is the strength of my band. I’m already using heavy and I don’t know if I should purchase more just to get an extra heavy. Are there any mini band workouts more difficult than this one from this channel because i love the style of these videos.

With the hamstring curls, I noticed you only go to about 90° instead of all the way to your butt. To me, it feels like that’s the sweet spot (where I get the most firing in the hamstring), so in this case (using bands) is it actually better not to do full ROM?

I am in awe of your videos but for me, it would be great if you were to return to your style of a few years ago when you moved your arms a bit less, just looked at the camera directly with your wonderful eyes and spoke more gently. Not meaning this in any harmful way just saying what I feel and hoping to give you constructive feedback, don't be offended. Pilates with 121 instruction has made a huge difference to my sciatica and got me back to great walking again. Your videos have formed part of my fairly rapid recovery. All the best.
