Desiree! Thank you so much for sharing these incredible workouts with us. One bit of feedback: I like to workout to music that really pumps me up, energizes and inspires me. I often find the music you use to be sleep-inducing. Wondering if perhaps a good compromise would be to eschew music altogether, so that folks can put on their own music in the background, as they are so inspired. Thanks for considering. We're all so different. What feels good for someone, can feel like chalkboard nails to another. Know what I mean?

We are set off group friends .Last six year we went gym . Last year onwards we are not able to go bcoz of covid . I tried some u tupe excise . I felt its not working my body bcoz increasing weight n inch . Daily one workout i m doing still now..What a changes my figure ..In starting stage my friends too told ..It's not working bcoz we are housewife ..No time to spend to workout ..But I not accept ..I can do ..They are seen my changes ..And stamina n strength ...Now they are asking to me ..I send ur link to everyone ...They are very happy ..I think they read this message too ...Apart from these workout n all ..My confident level is increased bcoz off ur vidoes ..How much weight i put in future ..I don't know ..But I have ur videos ..No worries n all ...First i thank for god bcoz show ur videos .Next big thanks for you ...

If you do workouts long enough do they ever stop being challenging? For example, I’ve been doing Pilates for a about a year consistently but the harder stuff doesn’t feel as challenging anymore. Is that normal or am I doing it wrong?
I’ve been doing Pilates for many many years...and yes things are easier now, in the sense that I can do challenging exercises and make them appear effortless...BUT I still always feel the burn...even with easier movements. It’s all about HOW you work. 💪🏼

7 months ago, You made an hour and a half video, is it considered a HIIT?
HIIT stands for high intensity interval training...all my workouts labeled as “HIIT workouts” consist of several exercises that we do for a period of time (usually 45 seconds) then we rest for usually 15 seconds in between each exercise. My hour and a half video that I made is a regular pilates based class that constantly moves (no intense bursts of movement and no rests). Both are wonderful and important for strength & flexibility building, stamina, and weight loss and/or maintenance. 💖💖💖
