i think the issue with Keith's pie crust was too much butter that came up like a pool, plus neither Kwesi nor Zach baked it enough, both looked fairly undercooked. So that could be the reason idk

As soon as Kwesi found the pie weights, I knew he was doomed. Zach knew what he was doing and chose to use them for the content; Kwesi legitimately just didn't know. 😂
How did Kwesi and Zach not have a Keith moment when they put pie weights straight in their dough? That gave him a problem almost immediately.

i think the issue with Keith's pie crust was too much butter that came up like a pool, plus neither Kwesi nor Zach baked it enough, both looked fairly undercooked. So that could be the reason idk
i doubt they even knew to do that, they probably jsut put them straigth in without any weights or pre baking
