The perfect full body pilates session this is my second day n i love doing this. I have so much of stubborn lower body weight can u suggest me some exercises that's really gonna work.
Unfortunately we cannot spot reduce fat. So keep up with your cardio and HIIT workouts to help you lose overall body fat. Exercises like this are also really wonderful to strengthen the muscles! Just keep going...do something physical everyday and fuel your body with good nutritious foods! xoxo
