    I liked the class a lot. What was best was probably the slow changing of sequences, because I could keep up without pausing the video. Thank you Beth ❤

    This class was just what I needed! I liked the changes in pace and the reminders to breathe deeply and feel the stretches. I really liked all the spinal rotations, especially side sitting with both hands on the knee side, then reaching up and opening up the chest.
