This is great. I've been doing trifecta pilates consistently. I'm always concerned about muscles, wishing to gain more strength now I'm 50 plus. I think most of us have a few bits of equipment now so a mix of weights and bands are a good idea. Thank you Beth

I’m working on healing bursitis in my upper arm and these exercises mimic my PT work, so this was a great workout I will do again 😊

That was a wonderful workout! I didn't rewind, but felt like I could have... Btw, how about workouts with a flexi-bar or an
air inflated wobbly pilates cushion? I find these pieces of equipment very helpful!
