    I love this workout, but what about you? Truthfully I moved with this class a few times to really get comfortable with the exercises and transitions. So if you find yourself exploring a lot of new, but overall found it enjoyable, come back to the class a few times and you'll get even more benefits of the class.     It worked better for me to just hold the band rather than to anchor under my pelvis.
