For those with small looped bands (made for wearing on legs , etc.) I found that using the band labeled "light" or the most stretchy, I was able to modify this workout to mimic the long band she has! Great for beginners, thank you (:
It's been a few years since you posted this video, but I wanted to thank you anyways. I struggle with motivation when it comes to working out at home (I'm not a "just do it!" kind of person yet), so I was surprised when I thought "really? we finished already?" when you wrapped up the workout. Your instructions and demostrations were very clear, and I found myself having fun following you. So thanks you! I'll be sure to check out more videos and hopefully get back on track 🖤✨
I love love your channel and here is why: the exercises are great. You always have great background music. You are not like these American channels where they fake smile all the time and are eagerly trying to force spread positivity (and they are not). Please produce more videos with the resistance band. It gives me a feeling as if I were using the reformer

I did this for the first time today. I moved to France from Australia 6 months ago and have been in 'European holiday mode' ... and the body is definitely showing (& feeling) the results!... This was the PERFECT workout for me to commence my way into a better routine ... it wasn't so arduous, that it overwhelmed me... far from it... challenging enough for my level now, but I am happy to do again... and that is the main hurdle with me!.... It is perfect for my level at the moment.

I love this a great series of exercises to use the resistance bands with. However, I experienced a problem with the video that you may be able to fix Lottie? 3 x adverts during the workout, made worse because they didn't pause the video and play an ad, 3 times the advert played until I could skip it with the instructions obviously continuing. I thought you'd like to know that the ad placements are interfering with peoples flow. Thank you for all the great videos, much appreciated. :)

Kicking myself for not buying the resistance band at decathlon today. I picked a pilates mat but had no clue how to use a band so didn't buy it. Is a resistance band and pilate band the same thing? Going back to Decathlon tomorrow. I need this!
Love using the band - it is so versatile! I am an instructor too, but have been working to do more pilates as opposed to just teaching it! Do you use a mic when filming? Would love to make some videos like this :)

Hi I finally got my resistance bands. Trying the video, ? the first on the knees and pushing legs out the back, I have a screw in my right knee, and too painful to do on that side, is there an alternate position to take to complete this segment ?

Here’s the thing. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxS7ex6L4sMqpaTn4LnBPyBmRQsSingL8y These are not meant to be stretched to 12ft or 14ft or whatever else where you’re a 6ft person, stepping in the band and trying to do standing shoulder presses. If they tear, (assuming they’re not defective) then you’re trying to stretch them way too far. For a full body stretch, bands should be like three feet long, doubled over. Don’t buy the bad press. A fully extended reverse fly is avoid as far as you should stretch these. If it’s too easy, use more than one band at a time.Not rocket science.

Hey Amy. I get a roll from Physical Company and cut them up as I need a lot for classes, this is the one I get and I get the pink colour. www.physicalcompany.co.uk/supaflex-x-bands-25m-rolls - any light/ medium resistance band would work though. Amazon is quite good too to find one. xx
