Nice video. I like your calm tone. I struggle to keep my band on my back during excercises. It keeps going up and rolling. Any tips on how to keep it more secure?
Thank you, I'm glad you enjoyed the workout. Try and spread the band out to its full width before placing it around your back, that way it has more chance of staying in place and not rolling up. Some bands are more prone to rolling though!
What a simple and nice workouts! Can I ask you what the best time to do this? In the morning after waking up or before/after the main meal in the day. I really don't know. Thank you for your answer.
I wouldn't recommend exercising immediately after a main meal, but after an hour or two to give you time to digest. Yes, you can do this workout in the morning, just give your body some time to move around a little after getting out of bed before starting a workout. Exercise whenever you feel the time is right for your body. I hope you enjoy the workout.
Thank you so much for your excellent guidance. I found it really difficult to keep the balance when moving the straight leg (in laying on the side position) back and forth. Any tips?
Make sure your bottom leg is bent to give you a more stable base of support and really use your breath to help engage the abdominals. If you still feel a little unbalanced then reduce the range of motion of the leg. Hope this helps!
