20 min PILATES with the RESISTANCE BAND || SUITABLE FOR BEGINNERS

- Add some resistance and variety to your Pilates based exercises!
I'm using an 80"/200cm (approximate) band. The extra long band helps give you the freedom of movement needed to perform the exercises where you are stretching overhead and pressing away with the feet. You can determine the strength of band you use, but bear in mind the arm exercises may be a challenge with a very heavy band! Enjoy.

Nice video. I like your calm tone. I struggle to keep my band on my back during excercises. It keeps going up and rolling. Any tips on how to keep it more secure?
Thank you, I'm glad you enjoyed the workout. Try and spread the band out to its full width before placing it around your back, that way it has more chance of staying in place and not rolling up. Some bands are more prone to rolling though!

Can I ask you what the best time to do this? In the morning after waking up or before/after the main meal in the day. I really don't know. Thank you for your answer.
I wouldn't recommend exercising immediately after a main meal, but after an hour or two to give you time to digest. Yes, you can do this workout in the morning, just give your body some time to move around a little after getting out of bed before starting a workout. Exercise whenever you feel the time is right for your body. I hope you enjoy the workout.
