This looks really good. Going to try. I like to use bands. I find instructors sometimes move to quickly and not enable one to engage properly with the band. This looks great thank you.

Teacher ,what if I lost my resistant band ,I bought it before but my mum throw it because she think it is trash ,I even didn't use it .heart broke
