    This 30 minute at home Pilates class will work your entire body. Doing a Pilates class with a resistance band will help to engage muscles and stretch muscles while offering diversity to a mat Pilates workout.

    I haven't even done the workout yet but I literally just watched the whole thing with utter fascination. I've been working out with bands for a few weeks and thought I had a pretty good routine going, but the variations and sequence you have created is brilliant! Can't wait to try!

Can't say I always smile through the hard parts as suggested, but I manage a good grimace and feel noticeably better (and better aligned) after your classes.     Working with the bands sure is a challenge especially getting the band just right around the leg....instead of a tunicate.....lol....but overall a Goof Workout i liked the continual Flow. Thanks Beth

    This was tuff. Never worked with bands before. Used husbands bands, too thick. Only made it 21 min. Will try again soon!

    Hi, I like this exercise idea but the routine isn't hard enough, even using my harder bands. Do you have another workout with a band you could point me towards? Thanks

    K so I did the workout, it was fun and fluid. However, I had a lot of trouble keeping the band from rolling up and sliding around whenever it was wrapped around my thighs! Anyone else have this problem? Any suggestions?

      Glad you liked the class. That does happen. Sometimes it depends on the fabric. Also if you have a looped resistance band sometimes that helps.

    am I the only one whose band slips from hamstrings all the way up to the bum?

      Not alone at all. This does happen. I recently purchased the looped resistance bands and notice it happens a little less with those for some reason.

      An aspect of PIlates is flowing from movement to movement. if you like a slower pace, you can stick with the slower classes.
