There is no way I thought I’d actually stick to the entire workout but I was really into it! Usually this stuff “bores” me a bit but it is NO joke and extremely effective

Thank you so much for the feedback. My beginners class is a slightly slower pace if you are looking for an alternative at this point. It’s important to keep a good pace through the class to give flow and energy through the session. I would encourage you to continue with this video though. Repeat it multiple times. Even if you are not able to complete all reps of the exercise in the beginning (just make sure you do the same number of reps on each side). It will come with time and with gained strength and coordination. All the best.
Great workout, but the demonstration is terrible!! Changing pace all the time, talking when the set started, adjusting things right in the middle, just spoiled the whole session
