- This full body 50min Pilates session, utilises a simple, cost effective, mini stability ball to add additional challenge to a mat workout. The ball is used multiple ways for different benefits for a full body workout. The primary focus is to add instability for the body during the workout, so the targeted muscles work that little bit harder. Wobbling and imbalance is typical when starting out, but over time the sessions become easier. This fun intermediate session is designed to mix up your workout regime.
