    - Quick Standing Pilates -
    This Pilates workout focuses on balance and strength with a little extra focus on posture.
    This is the perfect workout to do all on its own or as a warmup to another more traditional Pilates class down on the mat.
    I suggest using a long resistance band for this class and as an option you can do this same class without the band!
    This 10 minute class is also a great sequence to do as part of a midday break.
