Great class for when a bit of extra challenge is the right thing. Easy to modify in a few places where I'm not quite able to do the exercise as demonstrated.
Nice work out. Thank you Beth. I wonder about the kicking back of the leg when on belly. I find it so unnatural and odd and a little crampy even 😅. Why would that be?
