This work out was amazing! I started following your classes on RUclips only two weeks ago. I wondered why this class felt much harder than the other until I saw it was labelled intermediate after I finished the class 😂😅
Great class. I can’t go on my knees so I just did a moderation. I would like to see more moderation instruction if that’s possible, for post knee surgery patients like myself! Thank you!
I love it. You remind me on Lauren Hefez. She makes also workout video here on RUclips. Your way you are making your videos and your emotional engery etc reminds also on Lauren.
I did this today and I loved it! I always love your full body flows and this will be my new go to. Really loved at the end when we did roll like a ball, seal and open leg rocker. Still working on these but felt so good on my spine . Thank you Beth!
