They are the perfect warm up routine for me before I move on to my dance practice. Love the pace, the variety, the instructions...

Hi Beth. This is Noreen. I finally had my knee replaced in May and am slowly getting back to myself. I just did this class and loved it. I stuck with all the slower versions and used a doughnut for my new knee (can't quite kneel on it yet). I have lost some core strength but I know I will get it back. I couldn't wait to get back to your classes so thanks once again. I am planning to return to the membership plan in the very near future. ❤

Just tried this workout after 3 weeks of every day begginer level classes and found it quite challenging. I guess I will stay at begginer level some time to make sure I am doing everything right and learn to sync my breath correctly before getting to more difficult exercises.
Should I be concerned if my legs can't go vertical, when back is on the floor? Heck, they find it hard to hit 45 degrees. Also, i can't roll up my upper body from the same 'on my back' position without the legs raising and the body refusing to roll up. Is being top heavy a thing?
loved the beginners' workout - just a bit of marketing related feedback. The way you tube works as you are closing your speech abut the 5 day challenge another picture of you appears with some equipment making it seem that the 5 day challenge needs equipment - just letting you know incase this effects sales :-) I am running my own teaching business too so am very aware of these things :-)

A lot of this will take time. It's more about the sensations that you feel. So you can do different variations to keep everything feeling good.
