I LOVE Evening pilates so much and today I happened to reach my step goal earlier than expected so I got to do this workout! I wanted to challenge myself with new movement and I want to incorporate my rarely used yoga blocks into my movement routine more frequently and this was exactly what I needed! Its also raining so I get to smell and hear the refreshing rain, the crickets outside, while doing an amazing workout!
You seriously make some of the best pilates workouts on youtube! You're so creative :)

Yes, step goal met and Pilates... that's a good combo! Along with the refreshing rain and nature sounds.

Wonderful and fresh routine! Only warning I would add is that your cat may think the 2nd block is a pillow for himself. All went smoothly after I cleared up that misunderstanding. 😁
